Location! Just 200 yards (2 blocks) to public and private beach at Nantasket. Conveniently located 200 yards (2 blocks) from end of public beach and start of private beach.

The perfect destination for beachgoers looking for a great rental.

- First floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen with island, additional high-top seating dining area, comfortable living room, and a full sun sun-room.
- Full bath on first floor and full bath on 2nd floor. There is also an outdoor shower.
- Upstairs has: a Master Bedroom (Queen bed), - Bedroom 2 (full bed), Bedroom 3 (2 twin beds). Optional Bedroom 4 is a small upstairs living seating area with view. Chair and a half couch can be pulled out to a twin size bed.
- Ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and AC in all bedrooms.

Great late season get-away (August-September)

We managed to book the best two weeks of this year's summer weather at Hull - one day was fully overcast, with some rain. Otherwise, the weather at the beach was fabulous! Accommodations were as described; no surprises. As others have noted, traffic noise can be loud, but not intrusive. On busy days, traffic can make it difficult to enter/depart the driveway, but the nearby blinking traffic light helps. The yard is not particularly kid-friendly (paved, so bring chalk for hopscotch), but the beach is so accessible that doesn't matter. This portion of Nantasket is very popular with the pre-school set and their parents, due to the tide pools (hermit crabs!) and the long incline into deeper water, which usually promotes gentler surf. Watch for rip tides when the waves are larger, though. Mornings are a great time to head over with your coffee to watch people learning to surf at the school - board rentals! - a couple blocks down the beach. Overall, a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this convenient beach house again.

Perfect week for our family!

Very comfortable house, with many corners to escape for quiet reading and other activities. The AC kept the house cool and very pleasant. Lots of comfortable seating in back yard, shade and a large grill. With 2 kids under 12 the proximity to the beach was super helpful! Can not beat location! House is equipped with all one needs. The most impressive part was the hospitality of Fran and Frank, both are personable, attentive, who made our comfort and satisfaction their priority throughout the stay. We would love to come back. Everything we were looking for!

Property was clean and had all of the essentials to visit with friends and family: walk to the beach, area bakeries and grocery stores. Perfect for a lovely bike ride to the end of Hull. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks Fran!

Highly recommend

My experience with renting this house was excellent. When we arrived the house was clean and well equipped. The home has great lighting, airy and lots of windows. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming. The furniture in the living area is comfortable as well as the bedrooms. The bedrooms have lots of space. The home is directly on Nantasket Ave which is a busy road. We put our ac’s or fans on at night and had no issues with noise from the street. The location of the house is perfect if you just want to park and walk. The beach is a short walking distance about 200 yards. We spent every morning and evening at the beach. You can still go to the beach during high tide as that section of the beach there’s place to sit comfortably. We also walked down to a bakery and Dunkin’ Donuts which was only about a mile away. The owners are awesome. I texted Fran with a few questions in the beginning and she got right back to me. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be renting again

Absolutely wonderful

My husband and our friends had such a great time on our trip to Nantasket Beach. Fran was everything we could have ever asked for in a host and more. She lives locally and knows the area very well. The house is clean, comfortable, and adorable. The location is amazing- just two blocks from the beach and close to both the quiet private end the nighy life and restaurants of the public end. Perfect!

The owners were so helpful. The place was perfect. Location to the beach was amazing.

I would highly recommend you rent this property for a nice beach getaway. House was gorgeous and perfect for a family or group of friends. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Fran was so helpful anytime I reached out. We had a perfect week and would definitely book again for next summer.

Good access to beach and downtown stores. House is very nice and roomy. Only downside is noise on Nantasket ave and driveway backed by to Nantasket ave. Great place to bike and rollerblade. Walks on the beach and bay fantastic. Laid back town. Boat to Boston. Tennis courts nice

Fantastic Value!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was wonderfully perfect! Fran is very accomodating. If we needed anything, she took care of it! She's very friendly and gracious. Everything was provided. We lacked nothing. The rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Beach towels & chairs were available for use. The back patio space has an outdoor shower for rinsing off and the seating area was a nice retreat after a day at the beach. We grilled our food out back and loved the beautiful kitchen as well. We utilized the washer & dryer. (It's nice to take clean clothes home after vacation!) The beach was just two blocks away. We walked it every morning after our coffee. Everything was within walking distance for us from the house; the supermarket, restaurants, & ice cream shops. This house is a gem right in the center of it all! We went kayaking, paddle boarding, and mini-golfing. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Nantasket Beach in Hull, MA!! You won't be disappointed!

Great Location, Great Hosts, Comfortable & Charming

We stayed week of 7.11.2020 and were very happy with the house - especially the location! The owners were very accommodating and friendly. The kitchen is beautiful and bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. You cannot beat the location - it's a couple of blocks from the beach, a very easy walk. We cannot wait to return in the future for another stay. Hull is a small town but we found it very charming!

Beautiful house great location very nice people

Everything was perfect. Fran was very helpful throughout our stay. It was a short walk to the beach stores and restaurants were all close by the house was very comforting and clean. We had a great stay in hope to come back soon

What makes this property unique

Best beach on the South Shore. Plenty of other activities to do in Hull for the whole family. Kayaking, surfing, boating, walking, cycling, exploring World's End, and Fort Revere. If you want a trip to Boston, take the 20 minute ferry ride to Long Wharf. There is also a direct ferry to Boston Logan Airport!
