Villa overlooking the hill between Hyeres and St Tropez

Single storey house 110 m² on a plot of 1600m².
3 bedrooms with TV, 140 beds.
Main room with fitted kitchen, lounge dining area. the house is air conditioned,
A bathroom with shower and double sink.
On the outside you will find a pool house with TV fridge and plancha.
The pool is 1m40 deep.
6 sun loungers are at your disposal as well as a parasol. we installed 2 shade sails outside,
2 garden furniture.
1 ball court. Air conditioning is installed in the house. Outside you can take advantage of the sails to shelter from the sun.
The area is calm and peaceful, 10 minutes on foot you can walk to the area of Castile by the river, ride a bike or enjoy the tree climbing.
You will be 5 minutes by car from supermarkets and 10 minutes from shopping centers and cinemas.
