Surrounded by nature, this villa is ideally located near the village of Oletta, 2km away from Saleccia Beach and Lotu Beach, the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. It has a relaxing, calm and unobstructed view on the Nebbiu Valley.

This villa is furnished with taste, high quality material and fine decoration, and can accommodate up to 8 guests, ideal for 2 or 3 families. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them are master bedrooms with King size bed. Each room has air conditioning and has its own key for perfect privacy.
The American style kitchen is fully equipped.
The villa surrounds a large terrace with private heated pool and sunbeds.

Enjoyable stay

Good location, lots of privacy, everything available what was needed to enjoy a nice holiday week with the family. Beach was just a 10 minute drive, supermarket was 5 minutes away. Pool was refreshing, neighborhood very quite. Only disturbing thing we’re the ants in the kitchen.

Wonderful location, beautiful home

This home was the perfect location: so close to St. Florent and Bastia, walking distance to pottery studio (Poterie du Nebbiu) and restaurant La Cigale), and a lovely place to just enjoy the outdoors. We loved how you could open the living area to the outside during the day and then close up the bedrooms with air conditioning at night. From this location, we took a boat tour from Sant Ambroggio, a wine tour around Cap Corse, a hike near Biguglia and another near Palasca, and a catamaran cruise from St. Florent. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen is well-stocked and a large grocery store is a very short drive away. Highly recommended family home in a fabulous location and great communication with the host (who also allowed us to check in early!).

Superbe villa au calme

Nous étions un groupe de motards. A notre arrivée Marina nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de très bonnes adresses dans saint Florent. La villa est magnifique, très bien agencée. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zu sechst im Haus, zwei Familien mit jeweils einem Teenager. Das Haus bietet jeglichen Komfort. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Etwas schwierig für uns war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Leider sprechen wir kein französisch und die Verwaltung nur wenig englisch. Ein weiterer kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass pro Person wirklich nur ein Handtuch im Preis inbegriffen ist. Zwei pro Person wären wünschenswert. Zusammengefasst würden wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, Sprachkenntnisse wären hilfreich.

PARADISIAQUE!

Une propriété au goût de paradis... tout était réuni pour que l on déconnecte... 0 vis à vis, une maison aux courbes moderne qui n a rien à envier aux fameuses maison de beverly Hills. Une propriétaire exceptionnelle qui a été d une grande gentillesse ,disponible, arrangeante, un vrai rappel de nos belle valeurs corse sur une maison luxueuse. Je reviendrai c est sure et je ne passerai par aucun autre prestataire c est sure! Merci infiniment pour tout! A très bientôt 😍

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Wir verbrachten eine Woche hier. Ein wunderschöner, friedvoller Ort in der Natur. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und für Liebhaber moderner Architektur genau das Richtige! Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Norden zu erkunden. Ein großer Supermarkt ist 2 km entfernt und mit Auto in 5 min zu erreichen. Wir würden gern nochmals hier wohnen.

VACANCES MAGIQUES

Venu pour le travail, nous avons oublié toutes obligations dans ce lieu magique! Les photos ne mentent pas, mais nous avons quand même été surpris par la beauté du lieu qui de surcroît est d'une propreté exemplaire. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement, Patrick et son épouse ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous allons revenir très vite! Je recommande vivement cette endroit pour sa beauté, son calme et sa propreté. Encore MERCI.
