We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a great location for Glacier NP and other outdoor activities we had planned. The walk in shower was perfect for my family member with mobility issues and the parking garage/parking spot was also very helpful.

We have stayed at The Pines before, and love the location. This time unfortunately there wasn’t enough snow for the Home Again run to be open, so had to drive to the slopes. Very short drive, and ample parking. Great room setup and love the parking garage and ski lockers. Would stay there again!

Condo was really nice. Everything in place what you need, price was reasonable, Just 40 min drive from West Glacier. I definitely recommend if you have group and want to stay together. I spoke couple of time with Amanda, she was really excellent and supportive, I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family.

Very good week

The property was as attractive as it appeared in the Vrbo listing. One important reason we booked this property was that it advertised as mobility accessible and it definitely met this need. There were a couple of issues but they were resolved in a satisfactory manner. We enjoyed our week!

I asked questions prior to arrival and never got answers. I never received a door code for our unit and thus had issues getting in upon arrival. This condo appears to have owner neglect. two towel rods both fell to the floor within the first hour of arrival when lifting a wash cloth off. When touching the blinds strings in the bedroom the entire double blinds fell to the floor. None of the blinds work and the ones on the door have broken slats. All linens and pillows need to be replaced. Old and dingy. Because the washer door must be closed there is a rank odor coming from the washer and laundry area. Electrical outlets caused charging blocks to become very hot. Handicap accessories piled in closet should be stored elsewhere. Kitchen supplies a bit short. But the cabinets above the sink need a complete emptying and cleaning. Ads promoted handicap accessories but owners should strive for a spruced up, fresher look . Smart tv in living room did not take passwords so was not usable. The location was good for our needs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear the condo did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our check-in instructions, including the door code, were sent via both text and email prior to your arrival. We understand travel days can be hectic, but the access information was included in those messages. We also inspected the television after your stay and confirmed it is operating properly. Had we been notified during your visit, we would have been happy to assist with troubleshooting. The homeowner's family member has a disability, and we recognize the importance of offering accommodations that are accessible to guests with similar needs. Regarding the washer, front-loading machines can occasionally develop an odor if the door remains closed between uses. We regularly maintain the appliance and appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can freshen it before the next arrival. We have also shared your comments regarding the towel bars, blinds, linens, and kitchen with the homeowner and our maintenance team for review. We appreciate feedback that helps us continue improving the property.

Whitefish ski trip

Great condo - really roomy, nicely furnished and well-equipped (except the two smaller bedrooms had minimal storage for clothes, no shelves or dressers). Easy ski-in ski-out which was important for us. But no hot tub?? Only one we found was closed.

Accessible and super nice!

What a sweet condo! So nice to find an accessible accommodation for our group which included wheelchair users and other folks with disabilities. We had everything we needed and it was perfect for our adaptive adventures in the Flathead Valley. Grab bars are where they need to be, getting in and out of the bathroom was possible, and the roll in shower had a study shower bench and handheld shower head. Beds were still a little on the tall side but everything was doable and worked out great.

Enjoyable stay, just a close walk to the slopes

Nice unit. Well maintained and stocked. Great privacy for the master bedroom. Best part was the short walk to the slopes. If you have a full size van with a rack you may not be able to fit in the assigned underground parking spot. There are 2-3 unmarked spots that were tall enough for our van though so it worked out.

We did not find a kettle.

We did not find a kettle. There was no key/package when we arrived. It was sorted out in the end but there was a delay in getting access to the condo and a period of stress not being able to contact anyone from Lakeshore Rentals. Whitefish Mt Resort stepped up and assisted.
