You will find at the bottom of the residence, supermarket-type food store, wine cellar, bakery, laundromat. The car parks are around the residence. The bicycle storage room is at your disposal. Ideal for family with children wishing to spend a holiday in a dynamic and welcoming city while being in a calm and restful place (seen on the channel and the island at leisure). The harbor and the heart of the city stay within 15 min on foot (5 min by bike). The apartment is perfectly equipped (TV, DVD player, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, plancha, microwave, gas hob, oven, bowls, tennis racket ...). For your sleep, you will find a sleeping alcove with 2 single quality bunk beds and a 140 cm fold-away bed with good bedding. In the morning, your breakfast will be taken on the balcony with a view on the channel, the swimming pool and tennis court ... and on your left seen on the sea ;-) ... the sun gives from 12h until evening on the terrace ...
in the morning, meet at the auction (5 min) to buy the fresh fish or simply see the fishermen return to the port. A beach is less than 5 min walk along the boats at the quay (1 small road of 1 lane to cross just arriving at the beach). The city is very dynamic in summer, with the port, the leisure island, the beaches, the night activities ....
the week from July 7 to August 26 is 475 euros and 900 euros for 15 days. From September the week is 400 euros.
