Yes that is true. Ordinarily I send the driving directions in advance and in this case I made a human error and thought I sent them but did not unfortunately. So sorry about that Brian. The house is easy to find with our directions. In this case I asked Miguel to wait outside just to watch for the car. Normally he is at the guard gate to welcome guests and let them in. I am Happy the rest of your experience was positive. Thank you

Thank you Shane for all of your feedback. We appreciate the time you took to review the property and are grateful that overall you had a wonderful, memorable trip with your loved ones. Upon reviewing your concerns with our staff we are pleased that Miguel was able to find solution and resolution to all of your concerns with exception to the pool that was unfortunately damaged by the surge of a passing tropical storm that occurred a few days prior to your arrival, not the hurricane that passed in September. We only learned of the damage the day before your arrival when we opened the house back up after in being closed for hurricane season. We greatly apologize for the timing of notifying you, yet because it was not a functional issue and the main damage was not visible from the house, we felt this was something that might be “overlooked” considering the unfortunate timing. Please see our response to your comments regarding issues Miguel promptly remedied for you. I wanted to bullet them to make sure I addressed each for you from the staff's perspective: * Outdoor lights are on a timer - Miguel let us know he adjusted the timers according to your satisfaction. * The outdoor speaker is a bluetooth speaker, needing to connect with your device. * The staff mentioned you used the BBQ and did not report that was not functioning * Miguel reported moving the owners wine and made room for you to use the wine fridge to your satisfaction. * The first couple of times the hot tub needed to be adjusted as it takes several minutes to warm up and is on a timer. Thereafter your family learned how to operate the hot tub and all was resolved. It is worth noting this home is an authentic Mexican Villa. We have intentionally kept it that style, hoping to preserve the feeling of being in Mexico. Our amazing staff is part of that vision. That said we are always keeping up with the maintenance of modern appliances. In the last year all of the kitchen appliances have been updated. By no means is the style of the villa meant to be a “modern one”, rather a preservation of the beauty of the country. Miguel mentioned you said you would be back next year. We certainly hope that is the case and would be happy to welcome you back. Thanks so much! Kristin
