A semi-detached house for 6/7 persons in a hotel residence within the 3 *** SPA Charming Hotel.
Quietly located in the longhouse "Locmaria" facing south, it offers cozy comfort and the view on the landscaped garden.
A formula of comfort and independence within an "upscale" hotel structure, offering many optional services in season (access to the SPA, swimming pool, breakfast, restaurant, daily cleaning, laundry service)

Housing

On the ground floor :
- 1 dining room - Living room - Kitchenette (about 15 m2)
Equipment: Dishwasher, Multifunction oven, Fridge, 2 induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, cleaning kit
3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, table and chairs, flat screen TV

- 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200) and possibility to put an extra bed (80x190), 1 bathroom with heated towel rail, hairdryer and toilet (20m2), flat screen TV, telephone, closet.

Upstairs :

- 2 double bedrooms of 20m2 (1 with double bed 160 and the other with twin beds 2x90) Flat screen TV, telephone, closet.
- 2 bathrooms and wc (20m2) with radiators towel dryer, hair dryer, closet.

Included in the service:
- Beds made for arrival, sheets changed once a week
- Towels are provided and changed once a week
- Cleaning at the end of the stay
- Access to the swimming pool (from April to October)
- Free access to Wi-fi

Optional extra:
- Access to the Spa (25 € per person per day)
- Spa treatments (according to selected service)
- Daily cleaning. Cleaning of the floors and the sanitary, carried out between 14h and 16h. 40 €
- All the services of the hotel: Breakfast, takeaway picnic, dinner ...
