A small corner of paradise directly on the beach! "Lou Crémadou" is a house full of character, very comfortable, and ideal for a unique holiday by the sea. Private direct access to the sea on a private beach. Extraordinary location with wonderful views of the sea and an island nearby. A 100-m² villa for 8 people, Lou Crémadou offers character and comfort in an extraordinary place. Under the shaded arbour, you can comfortably have breakfast enjoying the sea view and the colours of the water and red rocks. Your stay in Lou Crémadou will allow you to discover many different marine landscapes every moment. The decoration and the furnishings are comfortable and stylish in noon colours that will give you a sweet sensation of wellness. The ground floor is air-conditioned and features a living room with an LCD TV, a DVD player, stereo system, CD player, and a USB port for MP3. There is a dining room and a separate fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, and a vacuum cleaner). Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views, two 160-cm beds, an air-conditioned street side bedroom (two 90-cm bunk beds), a bathroom and a toilet, and a shower room with a toilet. Garden and terrace in front of the villa, 300 m² of garden and terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Direct access to the sea inside the property offers you exclusive use of the beach. Panoramic sea view, heaven is waiting for you. Garage for 1 car and parking on the road behind the villa.

Super schönes Haus, Lage einzigartig direkt über den Felsen im Meer. 2Terrassen mit herrlichem Blick. Wenn man durch das Tor das Grundstück betritt. Ist man in einer anderen Welt.Der Vermieter Pierre ist superfreundlich.Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

Un endroit magnifique pour les vacances

Location très bien placée avec accès directe à la mer. L’intérieur est confortable et fonctionnel. La vue est splendide et on y apprécie le calme et le bruit de la mer. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et serviables (merci, Pierre!). Le seul bémol serait les frais de ménage élevés (200 euros pour deux semaines sans les draps et les serviettes offerts). En résumé, nous conseillons cette villa pour les vacances.

Une vue de rêve et un cadre idyllique

Magnifique location les pieds dans l'eau. La maison est vraiment très agréable et décorée avec soins. Le jardin et les différentes terrasses permettent d'apprécier une vue magique à chaque instant de la journée. C'est un lieu d'exception à découvrir absolument ! De plus le propriétaire est très accueillant. C'est donc une location sans défaut ! Famille Chauvin

Une location idyllique dans un cadre exceptionnel ...et quelle belle vue mer face à cette magnifique île ! Location fidèle a sa description ,très propre,très calme,les pieds dans l'eau. De nombreuses ballades balisées sur le sentier du littoral ou dans le massif de l'ésterel à proximité ,tout simplement magique. Un grand merci a Pierre le propriétaire qui a été très acceuillant et qui sait vous communiquer l'amour de sa région. Location a recommander. Semaine a refaire sans hésiter .
