Between the village of CALLIAN and FAYENCE and 30 minutes from the beaches of St RAPHAEL, 5 kms from Lake St CASSIEN:

 1 beautiful stone house in the heights, with heated pool + equipped pool house, air-conditioned house, olive grove, and terraces.

Located on the heights of TOURRETTES, not overlooked, splendid view and a pleasure garden of 2500 m², all entirely enclosed, in the middle of trees, lavender and an oak doubly centenaire.

The property has been renovated during the year 2017. A large, beautiful bay window offers a splendid view of the White Lands and aerodrome fayence-tourettes, an endless spectacle.

The house is fully equipped indoor and outdoor, with 2 bikes, games, cot and high chair available.

The property of 120 m², offers 3 bedrooms:

1st bedroom: air-conditioned master suite, double bed 160 cm, dressing room and bathroom
2nd bedroom: sleeps 4, double bed 140 cm + 1 bunk bed + 1 pull-out bed, air-conditioned.
3rd bedroom: sleeping 2 people 140cm bed and private terrace.

Also 2 new sofa-beds in the air conditioned lounge which offer 4 extra beds (eg 2 adults, 2 small children)
2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath / shower), 2 separate toilets inside.
Laundry with washing machine, dryer, dryer and sink at your disposal.
Free WIFI throughout your stay and a great SMART TV gives you access to the app such as YouTube, NETFLIX.

A pool house is also at your disposal with shower, toilet, kitchenette (with fridge) shelter for your vehicles, a beautiful petanque and a playground for children.

Bed linen included in the reservation.
Towels available at the rate shown.

Lovely views from a spacious home

My nephew, his friend, my brother and I all shared this home for an extended weekend. The communal area; sitting area, dining area, open kitchen and outdoor dining area were a delightful area for us to meet. At the same time, each bedroom was very private, on a floor of its own. The pool was very nice. The view of the airdrome enticed me to take a glider ride. The airdrome itself is very quiet. We had a wonderful time.

We were delighted to have Diane and family stay at Hibou Lodge in June this year. A lovely group who enjoyed their stay and made the most of their time in fayence-tourrettes. They looked after the house and we highly recommend them as tenants. Hope to have you back in the future!

A wonderful family holiday at the perfect french home

Our stay at Hibou Lodge was amazing from start to finish. Communication with the owner before the stay was great and with the house manager for check in was seamless. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with all the equipment needed for cooking wonderful meals and bbq’s plenty of kitchenware, places to sit and relax and so much space, we didn’t appreciate from the photographs how big the gardens are and how much they have to offer. The pool is well maintained and the gardens also. The house itself is immaculate and you can tell the owners have thought of everything. We will definitely be returning hopefully next summer. Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay at the Hibou Lodge. Fred and Shannyn welcomed us very friendly and gave us a detailed tour on the house. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The garden is amazing, we also enjoyed the pool very much and the complete new whirlpool.

Pays de Fayence: perfect holiday

We had magnificant time in this wonderful house belonging to Fred and Shannyn. The house, the view, the pool, everything was high standard! Regarding the heat wave that hit Europe end of July, the air conditioning in the house was the cherry on the cake :). We enjoyed our time very much and are looking forward to booking hibou lodge again! We already recommended this awesome place to friends and family!
