Loved every minute of it!!!

GREAT LOCATION - WONDERFUL HOSTS

The apartment is located in a very safe residential area just a short walk from the Vatican and a 15-20 minute taxi ride to all main Rome attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed and couch, in fact all the furniture, is modern, clean and (most importantly) very comfortable! The hosts have thought of everything and the apartment is fully fitted-out. We can recommend this spot to any couple, without reservation!

We loved experiencing neighborhood life in Roma and this apartment gave us that opportunity (hotels cannot)! Great location - esp to Vatican. We walked almost everywhere and when needed used the very convenient FreeNow Taxi service (like Uber). Liliana is the most gracious host!

The accommodation has a bright en sunny livingroom with a splendid view. The environment is calm and a resting point in a crowded city. As a whole the accommodation has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Best Place to Stay In Rome

I can not say enough about our stay, Liliana & Fabrizio were just amazing hosts, helping us with thigs to see, setting us up with airport transportation etc.. The property was perfect and the view was beautiful. We stayed for a week and we can't wait to come back! Everything was in walking distance, The Vatican was about 10 - 15 min walk, the restaurants locally were fantastic and the apartment was so clean and comfortable with such an amazing view of Rome, which is so nice to come back to after a long day of walking around Rome! I recommend their place to anyone who wants to enjoy Rome! Thank you so much for being amazing hosts!

Great and very Italian

The apartment was beautiful. The apartment is up a hill for extra excercise. The Ukranian oil problem meant very little heat. Liliana and Fabrizio we're very friendly and helpful.

Liliana & Frabrezio were the best! They truly went our of their way to make the best experience ever

By far the best host ever! Lialiana met us and was available across the hall for everything. She made suggestions and even baked us a cake. Their place was so welcoming and warm. Absolutely Amazing

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Rome look no further !!! My wife and I stayed in this condo for 2.5 months and it was beyond our expectation. This unit is safe, beautiful and close to bus stops, groceries, restaurants, bankomats, vegetable market, hairdresser, barber with everything within walking distances. The owners & host (Liliana & Fabrizio) are some of the nicest people will ever meet. They help us with any of our travel concerns and we became friends. Wonderful Apartment

Liliana & Fab apartment is fantatic. It is located 10 minutes from the Vatican. It is centrally located to everything you could possibly need. A short walk to the bus, train or metro. If you decide to stay in, the views from the top floor is amazing. At night the Vatican looks wonderful. The apartment has everything. Liliana has thought of everything you might need. Should you need anything, both of them are available anytime. Liliana schedule our transfers to and from the airport at a very cheap cost but VIP treatment. Hands down I will stay at their place again wherever in Rome. Thank you Liliana and Fab

Séjour à Rome

Accueil exceptionnel de Liliana et Fabrizio dans leur magnifique appartement avec vue sur le Dôme du Vatican. Liliana et Fabrizio nous ont réservé une place de parking gratuite pour notre véhicule, ils nous ont aidé pour porter nos bagages, sans parler des présents dans l’appartement ( vin, cadeau souvenir, tarte aux fruits ) et surtout leur gentillesse. We had the best time here. Liliana went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and amazing. Hands down the best hosts ever. The property was within walking distance to major sight seeing venues and the bus system is located at the end of the street and easy to use. We used the washer while there also. Amazing Home

What a great home and welcoming hosts. Spacious, clean all you could need was there. Screened in sun room and outdoor balcony with a great view. Very relaxing. Location close shops, store and great restaurants. The hosts were welcoming and even baked us a pie on our arrival.!!!!

Wonderful apartment!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The view is incredible and being close to the Vatican was amazing! Every morning we walked through the square on our way to amazing sites in Rome. We very much appreciated Liliana and Fabrizio! They responded to our texts within minutes and we felt very much taken care of. The icing on the cake was the delicious apple pie that was on the table when we arrived. This place is a must if you are travelling to Rome. We hope to be back to enjoy this beautiful apartment. Magnificent Experience

My husband and I were vacationing in Rome for the first time and this was a beautiful and perfect accomodation . Our gracious hosts Fabrizio and Liliana were so helpful and accommodating from the time we booked their place until we left. The apartment was very clean, and much nicer than the description on VRBO. Fresh flowers and apple/custard tarte were sitting on the table when we opened the door to our new home away from home when we arrived. The view from the livingroom of The Vatican lit up at night was breathtaking. The neighborhood was very safe and walking distace to the market, restaurants, shops, bus, subway station and of course Vatican City. Our wonderful hosts were right across the hall and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Rome.I will so miss our time with Fabrizio and Liliana and consider them friends forever.

Great stay and great hospitality

Perfect location at the walkable distance from both St.Peter's and the city centre. Quiet and safe neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. It was great to have a 24hour open supermarket near the apartment. The apartment is a penthouse and was very clean and had everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedroom. Liliana was very flexible in terms of check in and check out time and gave us a warm welcome. I travelled with my husband and 2 kids and the apartment perfectly fitted my family of 4. I would definitely stay at Liliana's apartment again if I am ever in Rome again. If you need a place to stay in Rome , THIS IS THE SPOT!!!

Simply Amazing

Liliana and Fabrizio were perfect hosts.The penthouse was sparkling clean.Both were very kind and friendly people who make your stay so comfortable.The pictures do not do the Penthouse justice! The Penthouse is much better than the pictures! All the amenities and more spacious luxurious perfect.Liliana baked a beautiful apple and custard tart for us delicious!They drove us to the train station.If I could rate this Penthouse 6 stars I would. Thank you Fabrizio and Liliana we miss you guys already.Highly recommended you will not be disappointed I promise.
