When we entered, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and glasses ready to cheer. They also had coffee for the morning with a long list of activities and restaurants for ideas - very appreciated. We were surprised to be right across the street from a pickleball court so we enjoyed that a couple times during our stay. The place was decorated cute and very clean. We would absolutely stay at another property they owned. Thank you

We were glad to get back to Eagle Pointe and stayed for IU football weekend. Very convenient to campus, a little more space than hotel room and great area to walk in. We especially like having the clubhouse so close so didnt have to plan extra meals.

super cute and clean. quick overnight but would have enjoyed staying a day to use pool and courts. nice touches in the home to anticipate needs in bath, kitchen, outlets and local recommendations.

The condo is as promised and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great alternative to an overpriced hotel room for visiting IU parents. Communication from the owner was fantastic, the unit was clean and comfy. Zero complaints. We will absolutely look to stay here again!

Very clean and great location. Deer outside the patio every evening. Owner very responsive to issues that came up during stay. Would highly recommend this unit to friends. Will stay again in future.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and cozy property. Took a nice walk to a restaurant for a lovely dinner and enjoyed the beautiful scenery with numerous, baby deer grazing casually. Lots of recreational opportunities to boot!

Delightful condo in a quiet, peaceful area. Easy access to Bloomington. We most enjoyed the outdoor space and the utility of the great room with plenty of space for kids to play.

Lake Monroe bucket list weekend

Daughter is grad student - says it’s a must while at Indiana to rent a pontoon boat on Lake Monroe - so we did and stayed here for the weekend - place was clean and host easy to contact - left us a bottle of wine and water bottles which we greatly appreciated - it rained but we had a good weekend- check that one off the bucket list!

Loved the property. Pool and tennis court were just across the road and pretty much our private use. Deer were always surprising us during our visit. Thankful for an emergency medical kit. Had everything we needed and more. Would love to come again.

It was so nice to have room to spread out, cute decor, a comfortable bed and a relaxing environment to spend a few days in southern Indiana. Every evening we drove around the golf course taking pictures of the beautiful deer who roam the neighborhood. It would be a great area to walk but the heat and humidity were a bit high. The owners were very available by text or phone and the condo had anything you would need.

Wedding Trip

We booked the condo for my son’s wedding and stayed 5 nights. The kitchen was perfect for baking over 6 dozen cookies and brownies. Perfect area to walk every day. Only disadvantage was the distance from the future in-laws where the reception was held. I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Great place!

We were looking for a place to have a family Easter dinner with our daughter who is an IU student. The condo was not too far from campus in a nice area. The kitchen was great to use for food prep and there was plenty of space for our family to enjoy a holiday dinner together. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owners were responsive and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Golf Condo

Really enjoyed our stay and golf at The Golf Club at Eagle Pointe. The course waa really nicely kept and challenging. The condo had everything we needed and was verycomfy.

Wedding trip.

The host worked with us since we had a wedding to go to near the condo. They were very understanding. We didn't get to stay at the condo very much as by the time we arrived back at the condo it was 11:00 PM and we stayed up late talking to family. The next morning, we slept in since we didn't get to sleep until around 1:30 AM. The condo was very clean and the parking lot was well lit.
