3-room terraced house 53 m2 in Residence "Grau Village". 800 m from the center, Shops 200 m, beach 300 m. Living / dining room (1 double sofabed and TV). 2 bedrooms with exit to the terrace. Blue room, large bed, yellow room, 1 double bed and pull-out beds. Small kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, oven mixes microwave, fridge). Shower, separate toilet, washing machine. Heater. Large shaded terrace 25 m2, south-west situation. Barbecue (portable). Parking space. On July and August the rental is from Sunday to Sunday.

Résidence conforme à l'annonce, sécurisée, calme.Le logement aurait besoin d'être quelque peu rénové, quelques instruments de cuisine à remplacer. Le propriétaire a répondu dès que nous l'avons sollicité. Sinon nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Près des commerces... Près des plages et plages privées... Petites marches le long de la plage pour aller au marché ou dans les boutiques et restaurants 15 m environ... Maison rdc. Petite terrasse avec arbres pour l ombre... Barbecue... Pas de bruits ni vis-à-vis... Bien équipé cuisine... Agréable vacances Bon contact avec le propriétaire 🤗

Impeccable

La propreté de la maison ainsi que son équipement complet (cafetière, sèche cheveux, aspirateur...) son accessibilité, son emplacement, ont fait de notre séjour de 2 jours un moment agréable. Dommage que nous n'ayons pu profiter de la terrasse pour y prendre les repas (à cause du temps maussade)

Location très agréable

Une petite maison bien sympathique. Une belle terrasse équipée d’un BBQ pour passer de bons moments, même pas besoin de parasol grâce à la végétation ! Pas d’essoreuse à salade mais un lave vaisselle 😁 tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour et petit plus la gentillesse des propriétaires !! Je recommande vivement.

Calme, plage et aquarium !

Maison très agréable avec de jeunes enfants , extérieur bien clos . Voisins sur un seul côté , la maison est disposée de manière à ce que l' on ne se voit pas. Plage et commerces proches. Et Aquarium très intéressant y compris pour de jeunes enfants ( le traquenard c'est la sortie par la boutique ! ) Séjour positif pour nous grands parents et enfant 20 mois et 4 ans et demi .

Emplacement idéal:Tranquillité, commerces à proximité,proche de la mer, logement sympa.Mais! DOMMAGE! Le jour de notre arrivée on venait juste de passer un coup de serpillière le long de la salle.A part une femme de ménage nous n'avonseu aucun autre interlocuteur. Le restant du logement très sale;WC,cuisine, salle de bain, Nappes, barbecue nous avons du tout nettoyer. Pas d'état des lieux en arrivant ni en partant; Aucune consigne pour le départ.Nous avons faillit laisser les clés dans la boîte aux lettres. DOMMAGE.........

Vraiment bien, conforme aux photos. Grand logement et calme tout en étant pas loin de tout. En effet nous avons tout fait à pied pendant une semaine, pas de voiture. Grande terrasse que nous avons bien utiliser car au calme sans vis à vis. C'est rare que je sois aussi satisfaite d'un logement donc je le recommande. Si je dois donner un point négatif le canapé, pas confortable nous avons préférer resté sur les chaises. Même si on ne vient pas pour le canapé mais pour la mer.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour fin septembre dans cette petite maison très agréable avec sa terrasse, beau temps toute la semaine. Manque juste une cafetière dans la cuisine. Près des commerces et de la plage, situation idéale. Voisinage très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois.
