Just steps away from the beach are great corner second floor space that had apple space for family, gatherings, home cooking, and enough showers for our family of four! Highly recommend!!

Great location

20 metres from the beach, supermarket and wonderful boulangerie only a block away, we 3 adults enjoyed our stay here. Bedrooms small, kitchen and living area well set up and comfortable.

We really liked being outside the historic core and a short block from the beach. The kitchen dining area was large and well equipped. Lots of windows with good ventilation. Liked the proximity to good bakeries and a grocery store. A 10 minute bus ride takes you to the historic centre. Communication with the host was very good. Laundry facilities were excellent.

Villa Sainte Helene

We have visited Saint Malo many, many times and this is easily the best accommodation we have found. Literally one minute from the beach, five minutes from the supermarket and within easy walking distance of a number of good restaurants. Bright, quiet, excellently equipped with charming owners.

This VRBO is excellent. In the perfect location! Less than one block from the beach/boardwalk. and within walking distance from shoppes and the market. We walked to the walled city of St. Malo as well, as it is only 1.3 miles away, but we did Uber back. The host has excellent communication nd was on site for check in. There is a very steep circular staircase that must be navigated with luggage etc and may be an issue for some.A VERY enjoyable stay!

Excellent location for beach and amenities but could do with a bit of improvement.

The apartment within short walk from the beach and other amenities so 5 stars for the location. Christine is very responsive to any questions and kindly let us checked in earlier, which was much needed after an early arrival at Saint Malo. The apartment itself has all the facilities we need for a short family trip. However, I feel that it could do with a bit of tidy up such as the floor (a bit grubby) and ventilation (musty smells in the bedrooms and toilets). The apartment is single glazed so not very sound proofing for light sleepers. Overall it is a good place to stay for the pretty Saint-Malo.

Das Appartement liegt unmittelbar an einem wundervollen Strandabschnitt in St. Malo. Man läuft an der Promenade fußläufig zur Altastadt in ca. 30 Minten an verschiedenen Restaurants entlang. Das Appartement ist gut ausgerstattet mit liebevollen Details. Die Kommunikation mit den vermietern war sehr gut. Wir hatten anfangs nur jeder 1 Handtuch, sehr schnell bekamen wir weitere. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist auch kein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles erhält, was das Herz begehrt. Rund um das Appartement sind auch Parkplätze, so dass es auch hier keine Probleme gibt. Ich kann das Appartement uneingeschränkt empfehlen und die Bilder entsprechen den tatsächlichen Begebenheiten.

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Nous regrettons les travaux de l’hôtel de Courtoisville ainsi que ceux dans l’appartement du dessous. Nous aurions aimé en être prévenus.Il nous a manqué une douche cassée par les occupants précédents ainsi que de la lumière dans le séjour Sinon bon point pour la décoration.

Mare fuori

Casa e posizione eccellenti. L'appartamento è molto pulito, curato e attrezzato. Il mare e la spiaggia sono a pochi metri. Fermata d'autobus ed esercizi commerciali molto vicini. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Saint Malo von seiner besten Seite

Wir hatten vom 17. bis 29.7. dieses Apartment gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermierterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung selber war wunderschön, hervorragend ausgestattet und für uns als dreiköpfige Familir perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Beschreibung zu Ausstattung und Lage passt genau. Vielen Fank für einen tollen Urlaub!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben zu fünft einen tollen Urlaub in der schönen Wohnung verbracht. Alles ist schön eingerichtet und zum Strand braucht man höchstens eine Minute. In die Altstadt braucht man nur circa 20Minuten zu Fuß und kann an der schönen Promenade entlanglaufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in ca.200m Entfernung. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.

Parfait

Emplacement de l'appartement juste parfait : à 50 m de la plage, des termes, à 100m du carrefour market, super boulangerie, opticien, café/bar/pizza, rue très calme, parking relativement facile dans la rue et environ et surtout gratuit. On allait au centre ville intra muros à pied, cela fait une bonne balade sympa en bord de mer. Appartement qui correspond exactement à l'annonce, pas de mauvaise surprise. La deuxieme douche est vraiment très petite, ce n'est pas une autre sdb, mais cela dépanne bien quand on est nombreux! Un gros plus avec une cuisine aussi bien équipée qu'à la maison, on avait jamais vu ça dans toutes nos locations précédentes! Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, mais mieux vaut s'y prendre à l'avance pour réserver !

Séjour thalasso

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à la Villa Sainte Hélène. En thalasso famille séjour filles sur trois générations. Emplacement idéal à 100 m des thermes et 50 m de la plage. Commerces de proximité à 2mn à pieds et proche d’un arrêt de bus pour se déplacer partout si besoin. Appartement au calme confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé. Parfait ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
