イリカイアパートメントビルディング（ホテルと同じ）は、オアフ島で最も人気のあるバケーションレンタルコンドミニアムの1つです。 1964年に建てられましたが、共有エリアで絶えず更新され維持されているため、私を含む多くの人々は、半世紀以上前に建てられたとは信じられません。 廊下のカーペット、壁紙、エレベーターは、2019年初頭に最近改装されました。 このユニットは、素晴らしい海の景色、2つのプールを提供し、ビーチは徒歩わずか5分です。 料理を好む旅行者向けの食料雑貨店など、多くの素晴らしいレストランが徒歩圏内にあります。

Another Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful view. Close to a few good restaurants and bars with affordable Happy Hour menus. Clean condo. Lovely pool area. Close to the beach at Waikiki.

Wonderful time at the ilikai.

The Condo was clean. We had a Wonderful stay here & would do it again! the balcony had beautiful views of the boat harbor & Ocean.The Sunsets were Spectacular!The Condo does need some updates.Like furniture & pots & pans. But the bed was comfortable for the 2 weeks that we were there.

Nice location & great view but lacks .

We stayed for 5 nites and really liked the location, the hotel and employees. The unit we stayed in needed quite a bit of attention. The bathroom sink cabinet was falling a part corners totally exposing the pressboard and bottom was also worn down. Light switch when you first walk in dither had reside or was softof melded would only cost less than 5.00 thewas

Comfortable, but could use updating.

This place suited our needs, especially for its location. It would have been nice to have a table we could eat at and a dish drainer for drying washed dishes. Also the lanai had of old bird poop on it and we usually like to eat our breakfast out there.

Like the overall location because everything you need and want is in walkable distant. Safe area to be in since it’s mostly tourists there and that it’s beachfront. Easy access to ride share pick up and drop off.

Perfect!

This is a large studio apartment, with the ability to separate the bedroom and living area. It is a little dated, but who cares, it is clean and the location is perfect. The balcony is large and has beautiful views of Marina, ocean and sunset. It is just a short walk to the beach, lagoon, Ala Moana Park and the mall. The little coffee shop on site offers delicious coffee and breakfasts, for those who don’t want to cook. We look forward to return stays here.

Beautiful location

The location and communication with the property manager were great, and having the little kitchen made travelling with kids so much easier. It took us a while to figure out the temperature calibration in the shower, and we were missing a few odds and ends in the kitchen, but overall, we were happy with our stay.

Reno needed!

A coat of paint won’t be enough to fix the run down condition of this condo. Time for a reno. Pictures don’t accurately show the poor condition here.

Best Location and Amazing View!

We loved staying in the condo. The location was excellent: short distance to our favorite beaches, parks, restaurants and Ala Moana mall. The view from the condo was amazing! The AC worked well, and we felt comfortable. We had a great time during the New Year celebration, and we are planning to come back.

Great view

Great value. Awesome location and views of the marina and ocean. AC is too small for this unit. Can't keep it cool. Bed is hard.

Small issue. The number three on the door touchpad is a little wonky and occasionally I would have to enter the door code 4 or five times.

Valet parking was convenient but pricey. Great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was a little small and could use some upgrades and the vents throughout the condo need to be cleaned thoroughly, but does work fine for a short stay. The manager was great, answered any questions via email very promptly.

Was there for business. The hotel is awesome and has a wonderful view and coffee/breakfast place. The room is below par. The wall paper in the bathroom is dirty and stained. The bed is poor and the bedding is even cheaper. Is need of a good deep cleaning. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and i had take the stairs multiple times. The resturante at the roof top is awesome with a wonderful bar menu.

We like the convenience of having a small market in the lobby the price where not outrages. If you stay here, you need to stop at Dave ice cream so delicious specially the coconut macadamia ice cream. The service was great for the condo I had 2 small issues they were immediately on phone and helping. We also asked for early check in and they conveniently allowed us. The condo had plenty of room for the 2 of us and was very clean. They had basic needs for uses in the kitchen. If 1 thing I could say about the condo probably needs is maybe update towels and sheets. Parking will be a extra cost if you have a rental car.

Price represents- good holiday

The cleanliness hit us a bit as we walked in, doors, walls, corners were pretty grubby but as we looked more the important things were clean:beds, fridge, toilet, sink shower. Outside: Nice harbour view, usable balcony, basic furniture, we took on chasing the birds away along with the toy owls that are there to help. We always shut the AC of when on the balcony as it was loud. some of the local bars bump out the music, but it doesn’t go past 8 or so. Kitchen: very small, nice new fridge good microwave. Stove was VERY old burner style/ crooked burners but we still made good meals, sink plug did not work so we used a large bowl for dishes. Lots of dishes, pots clean. Needs a pairing knife though. The bed and hide a bed were comfy and clean. The chairs were were comfy and new. 3 beach chairs and one beach towel. Could use a cooler and more beach towels- we didn’t want to use the nice white ones. We had a great holiday, for the money we paid it was a correspondingly reasonable accommodation. Mahalo

Shopping and restaurants abound and the hustle and vibrant central Waikiki is within easy reach!

Unit 1004 could easily be "lived" in. Lots of cabinet space, storage, shelving, and bedroom closet by California Closets. The kitchen features Espresso cabinets and granite counter-tops, travertine kitchen floor, new floor throughout living and bedroom area, completely remodeled bathroom featuring custom tiling, and Toto accessories. Large lanai with gorgeous Hilton Lagoon, Marina, and endless ocean views. Welcome to Ilikai unit 1004!
