Lovely property with very comfortable beds, lovely outside area and use of a large pool shared with neighbouring properties. I wouldn’t recommend this property for anyone with young children or elderly who can’t climb the spiral staircase downstairs to two of the bedrooms. The property is well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen although it would have been helpful to leave instructions for the oven which was complex to operate. We arrived late at the property so Christine was not able to meet us at the property to give us the keys so they were left where we could find them. I would recommend the owner installs a key safe to make this easier for guests and safer. Overall it’s a lovely place to stay.

Nous sommes désolés pour ce contretemps. Il s'agit en effet d'un oubli qui n'est jusqu'à ce jour jamais arrivé car depuis 2017 nous mettons tout en œuvre pour la satisfaction de nos clients. La villa est équipée de chauffage électrique dans toutes les pièces et nous mettons à disposition une couverture par lit. Christelle qui est sur place m'avait fait part de votre insatisfaction et le dimanche 28 septembre (jour théorique de votre arrivée) j'ai essayé de vous joindre par téléphone en vous laissant un message vocal sans réponse. D'autre part votre arrivée était prévue le dimanche 28 septembre 17h et vous êtes arrivés le samedi 27 septembre 18h.

Séjour agréable. La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée, la terrasse est très agréable et la piscine fabuleuse. La région est magnifique : très belles visites de Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle,… Petit bémol : les alentours de la villa ne sont pas vraiment adaptés aux piétons et les déplacements à pied au départ de la villa sont assez dangereux ( pas de trottoirs, pas de passages pour piétons et beaucoup de circulation).

Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.Das Haus war sauber, alle notwendigen Dinge in der Küche , Schlafzimmer und Betten gut und die Lage war für uns perfekt. Alle Ziele waren für uns gut erreichbar,auch das Harley-Davidson Treffen, für das wir auf unseren Motorrädern angereist waren.

La villa è veramente bella, esattamente come appare nelle immagini dell’annuncio, perfetta anche per 8 persone come noi in quanto i due piani permettono di avere la giusta privacy. La piscina in comune con altre ville è molto bella, lo spazio esterno che comprende tavolo, salottino e bbq anche. La pulizia al nostro arrivo era perfetta. C’è stata un’ottima comunicazione con l’host in fase di prenotazione e con la signora Christelle all’arrivo. Un po’ caldo (essendo agosto) solo nella stanza sul soppalco ma ci sono ventilatori in tutti i locali. Arredi nuovi, materassi comodissimi e tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionanti. Necessario avere un’automobile per gli spostamenti. Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza!!

Urlaub mit Bekannten 2 Wochen

Schöne Villa mit großem Aufenthaltsraum bzw. Wohnküche. Die 3 Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und groß genug . Besteck und Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Nur eine normale Kaffeemaschine hatte uns gefehlt. Wenn man draußen Frühstücken möchte muss man natürlich die Treppenstufen ( wie auf dem Fotos zusenden ist ) beachten. Den Pool hatten wir im Juni fast für uns allein, da die anderen Häuser einen eigenen haben. Die Villa liegt in Straßen Nähe was mann auch hört. Sie liegt etwas abgelegen und zu Fuß müsste mann an der Straße entlang gehen. Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage und viele Touren gemacht.

Lovely house in a fantastic location

Had a wonderful stay at this awesome house. It is really large, gorgeous pool and so well situated. We loved the beautiful architecture and being so close in driving distance to things. What I didn’t realise (my fault entirely) is that it was so close to the road. That was only a problem when you were at the pool not in the house Other than that- great stay.

toller Urlaub an der Cote d'Azur

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Pool wird häufig überprüft und gereinigt. Alle haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und so sind viele Ausflüge zu diversen Städten und Stränden möglich. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Tolles Haus, große Terrasse, fantastischer Pool, sehr zentrale Lage und doch ausreichend weit von der Straße entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles wie beschrieben und absolut unkompliziert. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Rénovation très réussie

Nous avons trouvé un appartement propre, avec un séjour très spacieux, un espace cuisine fort bien équipé. Nous y avons passé 4 jours à Noël. Chauffage efficace. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires ainsi qu'avec Adeline.

Perfekte Urlaub

Der Standort des Ferienhauses war perfekt. In der Umgebung gab es einen guten Supermarkt. Die leute die einem das ferienhaus zeigen und durchgehend helfen waren sehr nett. Im groß und ganzen hat alles gepasst. Sowie die sauberkeit als auch das ambiente im haus war perfekt. Immer wieder gerne.😉

Séjour dans jolie cadre

Belle propriéte, sur ce point rien a redire, accueil très sympatique, propreté moyenne, par contre sur l'emplacement proche d'une quatre voies très passante et d'un parc d'attraction, nuisances sonores non négligable temps le jour que la nuit. Un super EVJF !

Nous avons eu la chance de résider 2 jours / 2 nuits dans la villa l’olivier a l’occasion d’un EVJF entre amies... L’accueil, la maison, le domaine : tout était parfait ! Le lieu a bcp de charme et l’interieur de la maison est très bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour Camille qui nous a accueilli et à toujours été disponible en cas de besoin.
