Podere Dalia is a renewed country house for up to 8 guests (6/8 adults & children), with exclusive pool overlooking the Tuscan hills. It is a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful panoramic views, close to beaches, picturesque villages, art and culture as well as typical restaurants.

* HOUSE DETAILS:

Tuscan country house (200 m²) with a large private swimming pool, 3/4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 bathrooms. The house is perfect for families or couples of friends wishing to explore southern Tuscany. The house is completely independent and offers a high level of privacy. The proximity to different villages provides convenient access to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks.

The property (set over 2 floors) includes:

* Ground floor:
- A large and bright entrance hall.
- A fully equipped kitchen with an extensible dining table (fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils)
- A spacious living room with a fireplace, 2 sofas and a TV corner.
- One dining room with a dining table seating 8 people. The dining room opens on a large terrace with a fantastic view where you can enjoy outdoor meals.
-One bathroom / laundry room.

* 1st Floor:
- The first floor can be divided in two separate apartments. It has two separate accesses: through the external stairs or via an internal spiral stair. Therefore, for more privacy, the bedrooms ’area could be divided in two separate zones. Each zone is composed of 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.

- Two bedrooms with double beds.
- One bedroom with four single beds
- One room with convertible double coach and kitchenette
- Three bathrooms

* Outside:
- Nice garden incorporating the swimming pool and a vast field of 14 hectares surrounding the house.
- One terrace with an outdoor living and dining space covered by a shade sail.
- Outdoor veranda with a dining table seating 10 people and outdoor living area.
- Large swimming pool (12 x 4 m) with lateral low water “beach” (2 x 4 m)

* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Towels and linen included (weekly change). Maid service provided as an option.
- Pets accepted.
- The price is all inclusive: taxes, electricity, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms, final cleaning.

Keys shall be provided upon arrival:
Check-in normally on Sunday from 12h until 20h (flexible)
Check-out on Saturday before 12 noon (flexible)
