We have been hosting happy people/families for several years! This place is our utopia. Safe, beautiful, well-maintained... waterfront, boat spot right behind the condo, beach/bay and daily sunsets across the driveway from our door. Kind people, 5 minutes from the heart of Key Largo, and full of peace and beauty! Our kids grew up coming here and it is our go-to place for rest, relaxation, and recharging!

We keep everything in the unit working well, try and stock everything you would need to have a perfect getaway. We have SO many people that now come back year after year. The property is full of things to do for the active... multiple tennis courts, pickleball courts, pools, volleyball and basketball courts, library, game room, gym.... it's a great property to walk/run, ride a bike, etc. Since it's right on the water, you can rent a paddleboard/kayak, swim/snorkel, wade in the bay or lay on the pristine white beach. Join neighbors for nightly sunset! There's nothing like it! Dine in tons of nearby amazing Keys restaurants, and visit all the area attractions! A day trip to Miami is only 1.5 hours, or take a couple hours drive south to check-out gorgeous Key West!
