Property is in a great location! Parking is a bit tight but you can make two vehicles work in the garage. Check-in was a breeze. Great house for a large group. Host is awesome!

Had a great time with a large group of 12 people ranging from one year-old to 75. Beds were comfortable. Location is excellent. House is well stocked with beach supplies and bikes. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing house, fantastic location and great host! Our family of 14 all loved it! House was very well equipped from the kitchen to lots of towels, to beach supplies! We loved our time there! Thank you!

Great location, and space if you are traveling with family. We are very familiar with the area and just wanted enough space for ourselves, our dog, and two teenage family members. This home was perfect, we were all comfortable, able to spread out, access the beach, and loved using the bikes. The house was clean, and all was as described. There are so many amenities as well, beach supplies, bikes, chairs, umbrellas. Very helpful we didn't even neeed to bring as much as we did.The kitchen is well equipped too! Beach access is right out the front door, we spent a lot of time in the sun and evening walks with our dog. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also as a former Newport local having a two car garage was a DREAM! If you know you know!

Everything in and about the property was as advertised. The place was wonderful and had everything. Just perfect for our family and our Newport events. We walked to everything. What we couldn’t we biked. It made for a wonderful trip. We have recommended to others, and will ask to stay here again. The host was incredible, even personally helped us with the booking with VRBO so everything was as advertised.

Spring break

My family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this property. We loved being right on the sand and that we could walk to the fun zone and many area restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay…. This is a beautiful home and was perfect for 14 of us. So many amenities from sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, BBQ, beach cruisers, beach towels for all! The kitchen is the nicest VRBO I have been to! Pat has been an awesome host!

Bucket list fun

I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this trip didn’t disappoint. We loved the location, the porch, the bikes and the large family room. Great experience.

Fantastic stay!

This house is the BEST! Clean, plenty of room and included everything you need for a stay at the beach right down to sand toys for the kiddos. Pat was a wonderful host who checked in with us periodically to make sure we were well taken care of. Our family enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!!!

Fantastic place. We loved the location--close to so many places that we walked to. Loved being on the boardwalk watching the passersby. Everything we needed was provided. Lots of beach gear. Very lovely and comfortable home. Our second stay. We hope to come back.

The beach view at this house is stunning, along with the sunsets. House was very clean and well stocked for all your beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, bikes, sand buckets, football, volleyball and beach towels. It was an easy walk to Balboa for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. I highly recommend this house and will be back with my family of ten!

A perfect stay!

Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys… There wasn’t one thing missing! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place.

Absolutely lovely!

Absolutely lovely! Despite the fact that California had pouring rain during our Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time staying indoors in this lovely property.. Very well appointed, clean, and spacious. Excellent location and easy walking to the center of town for restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great house!

Great location - great house. The house was very spacious and clean. Easy walk to the fun zone and an easy bike ride to the 20th street restaurants. Highly recommend this house for a summer or spring break getaway.

Relaxing time

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, clean, warm and inviting. Location was great, there was something to do for all age groups in our party. It was a much-needed getaway for our family. We stayed 6 wonderful nights. I would definitely recommend this beautiful beach home!

Wonderful stay, wonderful home

The beach house is oozing with character and charm. From the moment we stepped in there was such a good feeling in the home. We loved the memories we made and the comfort we felt while there. Thank you for an incredible week.
