Charming Paseo Casita with 2Bed + Loft, 2.5 Bath in Award Winning Resort

This corner lot Castella Casita located in the Award Winning, Resort-Style Community of Paseo in Ft. Myers, overlooks a lake/fountain and is walking distance to tennis and the town center.

This turnkey Casita lives like a single family home and is only connected at the garage area. Kitchen, living and dining area are on the main floor with a half bath. The Castella features over-sized tile and a gourmet island-style kitchen with cabinets, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. The kitchen opens to the formal dining and living areas. From the living room, French doors open to a private screened in lanai. The garage entrance is through the kitchen door to garage. Free Internet and basic cable throughout the Casita.

The Master Suite upstairs (King Bed) has crown molding, granite countertops, double sinks, an oval soaking tub, a shower enclosure, a closed in toilet area and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom upstairs (Queen Bed) and the bonus loft (an oversized chair converts to a twin bed) share a bathroom with double sinks, and a tub/shower combo, with a closed in toilet area. The hallway has a new washer and dryer behind closet doors.

The Town Center at Paseo is resort like with amenities including a master pool, tiki bar, lap pool, children's pool, ice cream parlor, pub, coffee shop, fitness center, business / library center, spa services, movie theater, six tennis courts, fishing pier, pickle ball, bocce ball courts and a basketball court. Many sidewalks around the development create excellent exercise loops providing enjoyable sounds from the many water fountains in the adjoining lakes. Paseo is close to beaches, airport, great restaurants and shopping.

Please note the HOA requires a minimum monthly rental of 29 nights / 30 days. Guests have full use of all community amenities and are required to fill out an HOA application 60 days prior to arrival and pay a $100 application fee. No pets per HOA rules. No smoking inside or outside of the property. It's a beautiful Casita with awesome town center amenities so enjoy your vacation.

Paseo was a wonderful community with many activities available. The casita was spacious and the loft offered a great office space to work remotely. Cherlyn was excellent to work with and responsive to our needs. We will rent from her again!

Cheri went above and beyond to make our Paseo stay exceptional. The casita is located in a secure, quiet neighbourhood, well stocked and comfortable. Whatever your interests... swimming, tennis, movies, nature walks, shopping...everything is close by. We hope to return!!

Sunny Florida is a nice vacation

The property is as listed! The Paseo community is gated, with fingerprint access to gym, library & swimming. This area is great for daily walks with its fountain ponds and well maintained landscaping. The pool area is resort- like with a Tiki bar serving food and drinks Wed- Sun. A Pub is available for billiards and card games and offers free coffee each day. The ice cream stand is open each day. The Bistro offers a delicious Sunday brunch, reservations are required.The community hosts a free movie nights Th-Sat in a 90 seat theater with complimentary popcorn, get there early as seats fill up fast.The fitness center is well equipped. We did play a little bit of Bocce on an artificial surface court. We did not try out the spa services, tennis, pickle ball or Pub dining. Check in at the Pub to find the calendar of events. The Casita Condo unit was clean. It was nice to have a washer/dryer on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed which was comfortable and a large Master bath and walk in closet.The corner lot and the small private lanai were very nice. Having a garage was a nice feature as parking is limited in common areas. A disappointment for us was not having a Smart TV. It was January and the sun went down at 6pm so we did watch a bit of TV. We could not access our online streaming services on the TV. Finally found the DVD remote and a Redbox at Publix to rent movies. Also we found the HOA's tentant evaluation process too cumbersome, with much back & forth communication and too expensive. Overall we enjoyed our stay with only one full day of rain during the month and sunny skies and temperatures in the 70's the rest of the time. The location of Paseo is good , close to major highways, interstates and RSW airport, with a church, gas station, grocery, convenience stores and restaurants within 10 minutes.

Thank you Mark and Regina for your stay and I'm so pleased you enjoyed Paseo! I'm happy to report I have installed a new Smart TV so guests can now stream. This was my first experience with the HOA process and so sorry it was not smooth. Future guests will have a better experience as I know what to track as long as the HOA tenantev.com application ($100/couple) is completed 60 days prior to arrival.
