10 minutes from St-Tropez in a very quiet residence, this fisherman's house is located on the Giscle facing Port Grimaud.

Completely renovated with a large shaded terrace overlooking the riverbank, this house offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (cot available), 1 bathroom with bath, 2 separate toilets on the ground floor and 1st floor, 1 air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (type sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen open in the living room (washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee maker ..).

The back terrace of 50m2 will offer you a magnificent view on the many private boats that navigate on the giscle and you will appreciate the clear view as indicated on the photos.

Possibility of mooring 10m (the captainry allowing 11 meters) in front of the house with supplement.

The entrance to the residence is secure and 2 parking spaces are reserved for you.

L'appartement est en bon état, meublé avec du mobilier simple et quelques pièces splendides ! La cuisine est très pratique et confortable, et la climatisation totale est un vrai plus. Quant à la terrasse, c'est le joyau de cette location, jolie, intimiste à 1m de la giscle: petit-dejeuners, apéros, repas magiques ! Bronzage, lecture, c'est le rêve. Hyper calme. On a adoré.

Pour les personnes allergiques aux acariens surtout ne pas louer . Maison très mal entretenue , personne pour faire l’état des lieux du coup on c’est retrouvé avec une maison où la femme de ménage n’était pas passé (elle leur a fait un mail comme quoi elle ne venait plus) les propriétaires nous ont prévenu alors que nous nous de la propreté de l’habitation ( plancha et barbecue très sales et graisseux ) de plus fuite d’eau aux toilettes , lave linge qui ne fonctionnait pas , bruit suspect du tableau électrique …. La liste est longue dommage car cette maison a du potentiel et elle est bien située ! Le propriétaire n’étant pas sur place compliqué de trouver des solutions ! A.M

Vue magnifique au cœur de Port Grimaud

Petit appartement idéalement situé avec vue superbe sur la Giscle, les bateaux et les propriétés d’en face, tout en étant très au calme. Plage peu fréquentée à une vingtaine de minutes à pied en se promenant dans Port Grimaud : un bonheur !

Dreckig, ohne warmes Wasser, mangelnde Elektrik, Sale, pas d'eau chaude et manque d'électricité

Wir fühlen uns abgezockt und können die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. In der Küche schimmelte das Gefrierfach und die Spülmaschine. Der Kühlschrank ist klebrig und das Kochfeld fettig. Benutzte unsaubere Spülutensilien lagen herum. Kein warmes Wasser. Im Wohnzimmer waren die Sofakissen fleckig und haarig. Der Esstisch klebrig und es lagen Scherben auf dem Boden. Der Boden war im gesamten Haus dreckig. Die Toilette war katastrophal hier wurde nach mehrfacher Benutzung nicht gespült. Das Bad besteht aus Waschtisch und Badewanne, ohne Badezimmertür und Duschvorhang. Überall waren Haare und Dreck, auf Fußboden und Badewanne. Es gab auch hier kein Warmwasser. In den Schlafzimmern waren alte Laken und Handtücher in den Schränken. Auf der Terrasse lag allerlei Müll wahllos umeinander. In den Schlafzimmern/ Wohnzimmer sind die Lichtschalter ohne Funktion da es keine Lampen gibt. Steckdosen funktionieren nur vereinzelt Aufgrund der Umstände haben wir die Unterkunft frühstmöglich (nach einer einzigen und notgedrungenen Nacht, wegen einer im ganzen Land herrschenden Ausgangssperre) verlassen. Der Vermieter kam unserer Bitte einer Klärung vor Ort nicht nach (bei Ankunft war der Schlüssel im Eingang hinterlegt) und das Zusenden von gewünschten Bildern/ Buchungsbestätigung der neuen Unterkunft blieb ohne Reaktion hinsichtlich der telefonisch vereinbarten Rückerstattung. Nach wie vor bekommen wir weder von der vermittelnden Homepage noch vom Vermieter unser Geld zurück! Nous avons le sentiment d'avoir été arnaqués et nous ne pouvons pas recommander ce logement. Dans la cuisine, le congélateur et le lave-vaisselle étaient moisis. Le réfrigérateur est collant et la plaque de cuisson grasse. Dans le salon, les coussins du canapé étaient tachés et poilus. La table à manger collait et il y avait des verre brise sur l‘etage. L’etage était sale dans toute la maison. Les toilettes étaient désastreuses ici, elles ne tiraient pas la chasse même après plusieurs utilisations. La salle de bain pas de porte ou de rideau de douche. Il y avait des cheveux et de la saleté partout. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude ici non plus. Dans les chambres vieux draps/ serviettes. Chambres pas de lampes. Les douilles ne fonctionnent que sporadiquement. Le propriétaire n'a pas donné suite à notre demande de clarification sur place (à l'arrivée, la clé était déposée dans l'entrée). Nous avons quitté le logement après une nuitée d'urgence et attendons le remboursement depuis lors.

un doux rêve

Quel séjour agréable dans cette maison baignée de soleil. Le canal devant, très large, offre une vue dégagée sans vis à vis et à chaque passage de bateau, quel bonheur ! L’emplacement est idéal, assurément j’y retournerai en saison avec grand plaisir . (Maison très bien équipée).
