Nagez, plongez ou faites du kayak dans la crique de Lover's Point dans la rue: avec une plage de sable blanc pour bronzer, un terrain de beach-volley, un bon restaurant, un snack-bar et des espaces verts pour les pique-niques, ce parc est un favori des visiteurs et des habitants .

Et une fois que vous êtes complètement détendu? Les boutiques et les restaurants du centre-ville de Pacific Grove se trouvent à trois rues de là. Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, le centre-ville de Monterey et Carmel sont à quelques minutes de route. En quelques minutes, vous pourrez visiter 17-Mile Drive, faire des randonnées sur les plages isolées de Big Sur, faire de l'équitation, pêcher en haute mer ou observer les baleines. Jouez au golf au bord de l'océan, le Pacific Grove Golf Course, affectueusement connu comme une "alternative au budget" à Pebble Beach. Ou promenez-vous le long du sentier de loisirs côtier juste devant votre porte et communiquez avec les phoques et les loutres de mer.

La cuisine bien équipée comprend des armoires en érable, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable GE Profile. Deux télévisions et un lecteur DVD sont fournis, de même qu'un accès Internet haut débit. Les bains ont des meubles en granit avec une baignoire / douche dans le maître. Chaque unité est chauffée par air pulsé central et comprend une laveuse à chargement frontal et un séchoir à gaz.

Le parking du parking derrière une barrière de sécurité est idéalement situé à proximité des entrées de toutes les unités. Cette habitation de style «maison de ville» comporte des escaliers extérieurs menant au deuxième niveau du bâtiment à trois niveaux. Le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et une salle d'eau sont au niveau de l'entrée; deux chambres et une salle de bain complète sont au rez-de-chaussée. Chaque maison de ville a une terrasse sur le salon qui encadre une vue de carte postale de Lover’s Point et de la baie de Monterey.

Location of the property couldn't have been better. Beautiful view of the park and the bay. Close to everything. Easy walk to downtown Pacific Grove. I would highly recommend this townhouse.

We loved everything about the townhome. The ocean view was wonderful and just a short walk to the Beach House restaurant. Our morning walks along the coastal path were fantastic. The location of the townhome and the secure parking were just what we were looking for.

Beautiful location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous. We got to see otters eating their dinner right across the street and we could walk to many restaurants. It was clean and comfortable and we would stay again.

Great Stay at Lover’s Point

We stayed here for 6 weeks and enjoyed every minute of watching the many changes of the ocean. The unit worked great for my husband and I, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. The owners were also very responsive to any questions we had.

Lovely area, easy walking to many sights and restaurants. Great view of the Pacific from our condo. Fun, busy area on the weekends, biking, skateboarding, snorkeling, and scuba.

What a wonderful place!!! So homey and comfortable. Location was perfect and within walking distance to Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, numerous tide pools, and amazing beaches along the coast. Great neighborhood with so man shops and restaurants ! Would definitely stay here again! Extremely clean and easy check-in and check-out.

Wonderful accommodations andLocation

This was the perfect place to stay in Pacific Grove, overlooking Lovers Point, a few blocks from quaint downtown Pacific Grove, and one mile from the Pacific Grove Golf Course (the poor man’s Pebble Beach). The apartment is very clean, well-appointed, safe, and comfortable. The view is spectacular. Highly recommended!!

The location cannot be beat! It's a walkers dream. It's at the end of the commercial congestion. You can get on the path and go to the aquarium seeing otters and seals along the way or go the other direction down the nature trail to Asilimar.The owners contacted to make sure everything was ok. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and appliances.Very roomy and great view.

Beautiful condo with best location in Pacific Grove

It is hard to beat staying in a condo where you sit on the living room couch and watch whales and otters at the same time. This condo is directly across from Lover's Point with incredible views of the bay. The condo itself is clean, well-appointed, and spacious. Alex and Wen are great hosts as well!

Lovers key Town house

Wow. Alex and Wen where the perfect hosts, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. As for the Town house, it's absolutely stunning, everything is catered for and the location is perfect for veiwing the local wildlife (our whole stay we saw sea otters, dolphins, sea lions, harbour seals, dear and even whales breaching close to shore right from the balcony). The walk along the coast is stunning and it's easy to get to the aquarium and shops. We would highly recommend this property and will hopefully return ourselves very soon.

Out from the cold !

Apartment is part of a condo..... location is wonderful...... owners are responsive and welcoming...... we will return for sure....... But, know that The building is noisy due to lack of sound insulation and plumbing configuration. If you are looking for a gated community...... the Forest Street gate lock may not to working. The unit could use some minor maintenance and TLC.

Lovers point

Nice place with a great view! The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the housekeeper was parked in our spot and still cleaning the place when we got there at 3 pm. She was also parked in our spot on one other day during our stay, causing some frustration on where to park. One of the reasons I chose this particular place was that it came with one parking spot, so being unable to check in on time at 3pm or park in “my” spot was annoying. But thankfully there was ample street parking at the time.

Winter Get Away

I currently live in Maine and sought a brief winter escape to Pacific Grove a place I used to know and love. The Lover's Point townhouse was the perfect location with an incredible view of the ocean and proximity to the fantastic walking trail all along Monterey Bay. I spent many hours walking these trails and appreciating nature and the beauty and fury of the ocean. Huge storm while I was there kicked up very large surf and watching them crash along the rocky cliffs was mesmerizing. Walking first alone, then with my brother and his wife and finally with a woman introduced by a family friend. After 5 years alone as a widow I found love at Lover's Point. Wen Z was an amazing host very communicative and supportive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Lover's Point Condo.

My stay

I liked the convenience of staying across from Lover’s Point and enjoyed the beautiful views from our vrbo rental! The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed relaxing in the large living room with it spectacular view! The property would be perfect except the mattress in the master bedroom was an uncomfortable soft foam. The second bedroom had a better firm mattress. I think the hosts need to upgrade the master bedroom mattress. The property was clean and well decorated but the bathroom shower needed an upgrade. I appreciated the electric space heater to use in the bedroom as it was quite a bit colder in the downstairs bedrooms at night than the upstairs and the main thermostat needed to be set too high if it was to go on. We had a wonderful week in Pacific Grove and are looking forward to returning again.

Hi Alice, Thank you for your feedback. The master bedroom bed has a memory form mattress and a soft foam top. While we like the memory foam firmness, we understand everyone has a different preference. We bought the soft foam top because some guests complained that the mattress is too firm. We always remove the soft top when we are there.

Beautiful Pacific Grove

My husband and I spent a month in Pacific Grove at Wen & Alex's place. We loved everything about our accommodations. Two bedrooms, two baths - gorgeous living room area & balcony overlooking Lover's Point on Monterey Bay. Washer and dryer in unit - a real bonus! You can not get better than this location!! Everything was walkable for us, whether it was up to the Pacific Grove downtown area chocked full of great restaurants & stores, to the Point Pinos lighthouse or to Cannery Row in Monterey. Alex and Wen were incredible. So accommodating and always quick to respond to any of our inquiries. The weather we had during the stay was very unusual for central California with rain (atmospheric rivers!), wind and unseasonably cold. The crazy weather did not dampen our time at all, as we hiked, visited and shopped all over the region. Alex would always check in to make sure everything was going well. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend anyone and everyone to stay at Wen and Alex's place!

Perfect location!

Alex and Wen's condo was just the right size for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked for basic meal prep, and it was very helpful to have the laundry facilities. The location across from Lovers Point Park provided beautiful views and a great place for casual walks and otter viewing! The park gets a lot of visitors and is full of activity, so it can be noisy during the day and evening but it does quiet down at night. It was easy to do a lot of day trips to Carmel by the Sea, Big Sur, Monterrey. Pacific Grove has a ton of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. As other reviews have mentioned, this rental is not for those who have mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs, but this was not a concern for us. Wen was very easy to contact, but we did not encounter any problems during our stay! We would definitely stay here again.
