Location, Location, Location! The Duplex is centrally located just a few houses down from Lovers Point & within one mile from Cannery Row with great eats, shops, people and the aquarium. Take a stroll down one of the many trails with never-ending picturesque ocean views. Quite a few impressive golf courses from Pacific Grove Golf Links to Black Horse/Bayonet (20 min drive) to the highly esteemed Pebble Beach Golf Courses on 17 mile drive. We are Dog Friendly.

Truly better than the pictures and exceeded expectations! From the excellent location in a quiet street near the beach, a well-appointed kitchen with little extras (snacks, good tea, a bottle of wine), a cozy fireplace with wood provided, beach towels, comfy couch and beds, it was a peaceful refuge during a busy weekend. The hosts were very response when we had an issue with the wifi password. One of the very best stays I've had!

We were pleasantly surprised with the property during our stay. The location is wonderful, walkable to good restaurants and the aquarium. The ocean path is easily accessible and has lovely views. The home was set up with everything we could potentially need for the stay. The beds were comfortable and we felt very at home there. We will definitely stay again.

A Peaceful 4th of July

The property is exactly as depicted...clean, charming, great location! We enjoyed walks along the cliff path twice a day. Lots of local restaurants and easy drives to Carmel and Monterey for even more variety. Most of all it was lovely not having to deal with loud fireworks.

Cozy spot near the coast

We had a nice time staying in this little cottage near the lovely bay. It was great for us - just what we needed. It was very comfortable and we appreciated the nice decoration and thoughtful amenities.

This fantastic location is somehow both beachy bohemian and modern contemporary, and is just one short block from the Pacific Ocean. Well appointed from the snacks, wine, coffee and bottled water in the gorgeous kitchen to the heated toilet seat in the beautiful bathroom! That’s a nice perk on a foggy morning. Can I just live here?!

This was by far the best VRBO site I have stayed at. It was super cute and clean and exactly as the fresh look presented in the listing. Great communication with the host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible time at this property. It was clean, renovated, walking distance to many places, and pet friendly. We had left some of our belongings behind after checkout and the host went above and beyond to notify us and send our items back. 10/10 would recommend this property to others and will certainly be back!

Great spot in Monterey

Great spot a block off of the water. Loved the cute touches of welcome wine and snacks. Bathroom was stocked with things you. Oils potentially forget. Parking was never an issue and it was nice to choose our own door lock code. Central to everything and will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely exceptional!!!

This is was just perfect for our family. The home is tastefully decorated, every small detail is thought through, high end appliances, very comfortable beds. The host was quick to respond and accommodating. The location is amazing, quiet street but just minutes away from all places of interest. Pictures don’t do it justice!

Perfect Pacific Grove

Nicely appointed ground level, part of duplex. Perfect location for enjoying long walks along the gorgeous coast. Very close to Lovers Point. Highly recommend for folks traveling with their fur baby. Super responsive property manager. Will definitely be back!

Lovely cottage in a perfect location. Super thoughtful attention to details that made it so comfortable and homey. Very clean. Slept great in the memory foam bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and gracious. We had a wonderful getaway!

Great location

We enjoyed staying at this new listing. The place is even cuter than it appears once you get there. There are many personal touches to make the guest’s experience very nice such as snacks, coffee, bath items and extra blankets. There is not a parking spot at the property (and I was worried about that) but there are plenty of parking spaces one street over and very convenient. We would absolutely stay at this VRBO again.

Cute, clean, and comfortable

We loved our stay here! The host was super responsive and helpful, and the property was adorable, very clean, and very comfortable. The interior was well done and felt so high-end. The house had everything that we needed and more and the snacks and wine were so appreciated after our long drive. The location worked out well for our family of 4 + small dog, and we had a couple of nice walks to Cannery Row. We had no issues with parking which, like another reviewer, we were worried about. Definitely recommend this spot for a small family!

Fantastic Location and Really cute house

The pictures don’t do this house justice. The kitchen was very nice - high end new appliances, very well stocked x. The living room was super comfortable. One bedroom was a bit tight but both beds were super comfy. Great wifi - I worked one day while we were there and was on video calls for much of the day and my connection was great. Parking was a breeze on Ocean View Blvd - never had any issues. And our pup loved it too. Overall a great stay in an unbeatable location.

Great Property but some things to know

The property is in a great location and is very nicely furnished and decorated, and very clean. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. My overall impression was very positive. However. there are some characteristics of the property that might not be obvious from the listing, that potential guests should be aware of: The ceiling in the second bedroom is very low. I'm 6 feet tall and my head almost touched the ceiling. This bedroom does not have a closet for guest use - just a small dresser and some hooks for hanging clothes. Also, this unit is the lower part of a duplex. The upper part is directly over the second bedroom and if the upper unit is occupied, you will clearly hear people walking around, water running, etc. in that unit. This issue only affects the second bedroom and not the rest of the property.
