Nauti Firenzen historiallisen keskustan ja S. Croce elämäntapa loman aikana. Maantieteellinen sijainti: jokainen Firenzen historialliseen keskustaan sivusto on walkable Maia apt (Uffizi, San Marco, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Maria Novella, Piazzale Michelangelo ..). Se on kaunis pesä juuri uusittu myöten yksityiskohtia, jotka tekevät oleskelustasi mukavan ja romanttinen: tammen suunnatut, puu katto ja parketti, siru tekemään lämmin tunnelma

Keski, kevyt ja erittäin hiljainen, Maia on viehättävä ja kaunis loma-asunto asetettu melko kadulla Santa Croce alueella. Huoneistossa on: 1 valoisa olohuone vuodesohva; laajennettavissa ruokapöytä istuin kuusi, TV ja täysin varustettu keittiö; 1 makuuhuone parivuode, TV, lipasto, ranskalainen ikkuna; 1 pieni kylpyhuone; 1 parvi makuuhuone vaatekaappi ja 2 sänky: yksi vuode yläkerrassa, yksi korkealaatuista homo sänky (johon mahtuu vieraita kaikista ikä) alakerrassa. Tammen suunnatut, ja parketti jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa.

Naapurusto
Nauti Firenzen historiallisen keskustan ja Santa Crocen elämäntapojen viehätyksistä loman aikana Firenzessä. Erilaisia nähtävyydet ovat vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneisto sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa juuri kunnostettu vanha ja tyypillinen rakennus, lähellä kuuluisimpia: muutaman minuutin päässä Santa Croce kirkko, Dome, Ponte Vecchio, Bargellon ja Uffizi. Santa Croce on yksi viileä ja suosittu florentine paikoissa. Alue on vuorattu ravintoloita, kahviloita, ostospaikoilta (email piilotettu) ly ilmapiiri. Kävellä Macci n kadulla S. Ambrogio alueella löydät vilkas kuuluisan elintarvikkeiden markkinat kaikenlaisia tuoreita tuotteita. Siellä löydät myös maksullinen ja näyttää pysäköinti. Älä käy Ciompi neliö sen muinaisjäännösten markkinoilla. Lopuksi, olen hyvä liesi ja ruokaa rakastaja, joten vain pyytää ravintola suosituksia!

Firenzen vanhan kaupungin keskustassa on täynnä jalankulkualueet, pieni ja helppo käydä kävely. Joka tapauksessa Maia apt on 205 mt kaukana maksullista pysäköinti S. Ambrogio.

Good value

The location was great. The apartment suited our needs but be ware the shower is very small. I believe this is typical for Europe so it is not an issue just for awareness. Communication with the owner was great. It’s a charming apartment.

Two days in Florence

The location of this apartment was ideal for seeing all of the popular tourist places in Florence, most of them were only a 15-20 minute walk or less. Host was communicative on whatsapp but didn’t see messages for a while on VRBO so would recommend only using whatsapp to communicate. Shower is VERY small, but was doable. Could have used more sheets/pillows/blankets for the cot. Also one morning we were woken up to a housekeeper who came to bring more towels but we were not given prior warning of this so we were a little startled when a man kept knocking on our door but the host messaged us when he got there and I hadn’t checked my phone yet. Overall the location made this a great two day experience in Florence.

We loved the apartment, excellent location and facilities, couldn’t have asked for more! Amazing host with very good communication, Eugenia gave us many great recommendations and made sure all was well! Couldn’t recommend this apartment more - would be our first choice if we return to Florence!

Cozy stay in heart of florence

We had a lovely stay in the apartment which is comfortable, accurate to the photos and well-stocked. Eugenia was very responsive and welcoming, and the location was within close walking distance of all important sights. Would recommend!

Good location

Within walking distance of most sights. You had to climb up a very steep and narrow ladder to get up to the 2nd bed which was a just a single bed. Air conditioner in that bedroom leaked water all over the luggage. Pullout bed was in the kitchen. We do not recommend this place if there are more than two adults. Bring spices if you plan on cooking, all the spice jars are empty. Could use some updates or maintenance.

Quaint and charming apartment in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint and charming apartment. It is perfectly situated close to many must see locations. It is a very quiet location and the host Eugenia was very communicative and checked in and answered all my questions as needed. It was easy to find and the check in and check out was easy. We would stay here again with no hesitation. The bathroom is small but similar in size to other locations we have stayed in throughout Europe. We appreciated having a washing machine for laundry as well and the laundry was dry overnight. Thank you!

Loved It!

What a great property! Eugenia was a wonderful host. She was very helpful with all of our questions. The apartment was perfect for my family of four. It allowed us space, separate sleeping quarters, and a wonderful neighbourhood with many dining/shopping options. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Not as advertised

The place is NOT at all like it is advertised. The pictures are misleading. We were 4 in my group and as we walked in we found the apartment dark, damp and smelly. We all agreed that we could not stay there and we left right away. I had paid in advance for 4 nights so I asked for a refund for 3 nights but it was declined. The owner refused to give me any refund and I have not received a positive response from Vrbo either

Fabulous Apartment!

What a fantastic apartment on a quiet street in Santa Croce neighborhood. The location was perfect for my husband and me, we walked everywhere. The apartment was immaculate, everything in great condition, and Eugenia was wonderful! She welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided helpful information on restaurants, the neighborhood etc! I highly recommend! Would definitely return. Thanks for everything Eugenia!

Great fully equipped appartment

The appartment was great. We were coming from other places were everything in the kitchen was missing and we felt like getting back to our own home in florence. The appartment is small but well thought. Everything you need is there and you can tell they have a very good taste and care for the little details. The location was very quiet to rest, but really close to busy areas like santa croce and a nice little walk to the Duomo. Also close to areas were locals spend time like Giardino Antonino Caponetto, that we would have not known if it were not for this location. The attention was perfect, very flexible with the arrival hour and explanations. In summary, we loved this appartment, we felt like real locals living on such a beautifull city. I would love to come back soon!

Not impressed with the condition off unit

Hi there We looked at this posting and the picture is very deceiving, extremely small.We went without lights in the bathroom for 2 days and it was brought to the attention of the owners, where she seamed to be not attentive nor bothered with the problem. She did state that her husband would be by the next day.Once her husband changed the light bulb she scolded me about leaving the lights on....are you kidding me we need the lights on to see in the bathroom! Their was black mold in the bathroom around the shower. Never again!!!

Excellent place to explore Florence

We stayed here for 2 nights right after arriving in Italy after 30 hours of travel (by plane and train) from Sydney, Australia with 3 children (8, 5 and 3). It was an excellent first stop. We were all very tired when we arrived and Eugenia was waiting for us at the apartment. A very smooth check in which is what you want when you are exhausted. There was even a bottle of wine! The kitchen, like many in Italy, is very small but has everything you need to make a meal. Basics, like olive oil and coffee, are provided. There was also dish washing tablets. All appliances worked without any problem, including the air conditioners. The fridge was large. Location of the apartment is very central and there are many things nearby so we only needed to walk to do our sight seeing. Very good for small children but, in case it is a concern for you, there is a loft bed which is accessed by a steep staircase/ladder. The railings at the top stop children from falling out but if they horseplay someone can get hurt. My kids were fine with it and even the 3 year old could get up without any problem. But this might be a concern for some people. There is also a single ottoman foldout as well as a sofa bed. If you use the sofa bed, it would take up the kitchen/living area. The master bedroom is very large. The bed is firm and comfortable. Everything was clean when we arrived and the linen and towels were good quality. Eugenia also helped us to book our taxi back to the train station. Her communication throughout was terrific. She responds very quickly to messages. A very enjoyable stay in a great and convenient location.

You're on your own here -- owner is checked out

Check-in was unnecessarily awful and, in hindsight, a sign of things to come. Eugenia told me to meet her friend at the apartment at 5pm. I arrived at 4:50 pm. There were at least six apartments listed outside and she hadn't given me further instructions so I waited for her friend to show up outside (I couldn't get inside). At 5:20 pm I messaged her that he was still not there; she said he actually was. That's when she (finally) told me to ring the bell for the apartment labeled "Forte". When I got up to the apartment, her friend was mad at me because I was "late"! I never received any acknowledgement or apology from Eugenia for her oversight and inconveniencing both me and her friend. The shower had a lot of gross black mold you could both see and feel. When I asked for it to be cleaned, Eugenia said "Most people don't complain about it." !!! She had it cleaned the next day but complained to me it cost her 30 euros. The shower wouldn't drain properly, filling up very quickly, until I opened the drain and cleaned out what amounted to a pony tail's worth of long hair. Disgusting! I explicitly stated to Eugenia long before I arrived that I needed reliable wifi and she assured me the new fiber internet would be great. She neglected to mention the network is shared with another apartment and if anyone else is using it, your connection freezes up and is unusable. I had to let her know in advance when I really needed it to work so she could tell the others not to use it. That fixed the problem. There are no instructions for how to use any of the appliances and Eugenia can't tell you if you ask. One day I hired her cleaner to clean the apartment while I was away for a few days and Eugenia scolded me for leaving on the air. The air was technically "on", but had not blown any cold air for more than a week as it was getting colder. Where I come from, this does not waste energy, which I am conscious of. She never offered any instructions about her preferences for this or anything else, just reacted critically after the fact. Anytime I asked for help with how to use something, she replied quickly but usually with something like "figure it out yourself" and seemed annoyed. Eugenia doesn't live in Florence any more and seems very disinterested in the guest experience. There are many better places to stay in Florence for the same price I later discovered.

Florence apt close to all

Great location. Close to everything.Apt is quiet and we walked everywhere.As the listing states no elevator which was not an issue for us only when bringing luggage upstairs.Owner responded quickly to all questions regarding heat, restaurants etc.Please note there are multiple comments on the "small" bathroom and shower which are all true. We are not tall so no issue which shower other than bathroom shows signs of age (building is old but rest of apartment renovated. Pictures of everything but bathroom in listing.

Eugenia is amazing & responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. She gave us thorough directions with a long list of recommendations. The location of this apartment is perfect & we had a lot of fun in Florence!

Superbes vacances

Visites à pieds des lieux essentiels à voir à Florence du fait de l'emplacement de l'appartement à deux pas du centre historique. Très beau petit appartement pour une très belle ville. Que dire de plus ? Nous y reviendrons ! Merci à notre hôte Eugenia.
