Oh my gosh!! We LOVED this place!! So clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, a park where we could walk nearby and beautiful view! This was our chill, relaxing spot in the middle of our 15 year old twins’ spring break. Highly recommend!!
The kitchen was very well equipped and the fireplace was warm and cozy. The heat in the 3rd bedroom was tricky, but was clearly explained by the host. We really enjoyed our stay.
The indoor spaces were lovely. Comfortable and very clean. The outdoor spaces were varied and comfy outdoor seating. The firepit area was perfect and we used it nightly. The boat traffic was so well behaved no loud boats screaming up and down the channel. Swans and ducks lovely to watch. We would highly recommend the property.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean property and amazing location. Communication with owner was smooth and adept! Looking forward coming back in future during summer months.

Thanks so much for choosing Water’s Edge! We look forward to hosting you in the future!
spectacular views from the many huge windows. So close to the water - we enjoyed all the water fowl, including swans and the respectful boaters that quietly drifted by before resuming their speed. Witnessed a rainbow and loved watching the moon rise each day over the water. It was a peaceful and enjoyable family time. The cottage was immaculate and everything we needed and wanted. Close to many amenities as well.
This property is picture perfect, the view spectacular and so comfortable. Everything we needed, plus more. Beautiful decor and highly maintained. Loved everything about Water’s Edge!
My wife and our two small children stayed at the cottage and it was perfect for us. The cottage has everything you could need and they were even kind enough to provide an extra pack and play crib for our youngest. Exploring Prince Edward county was incredible and this place was the perfect spot for us to start and end our days. Incredible sun rises too, well worth the stay.

Thank you for staying with us! Hope to see you again!
A wonderful space with wonderful hosts. Very thoughtful touches around the property such as labeled drawers, well-outfitted kitchen and detailed instructions to help you enjoy the area and the home with no time wasted adjusting to a new place. Would definitely come back.
Found the property to our satisfaction. It was difficult to find activities near this location.

Thank you for selecting Water's Edge for your family reunion! We are sorry to hear that it was difficult to find activities on and directly after the Christmas holiday. If you visit the area again, we'd recommend taking a look at thecounty.ca to look for events.
What a wonderful place. We would go back in a heart beat. Exceeded expectations.
The sunrises were spectacular and the twice daily display of starling flight was wonderful. The cottage was beyond our expectations, words cannot describe, must be experienced. Thanks

It was lovely hosting Henny for the weekend and would welcome them back in the future.
This is an amazing spot with everything you need, great vistas, easy water access and a great lawn for bocce ball! There is an abundance of water fowl to watch as well as starlings making their way to their nightly resting spot. The fishing is pretty good as well!!
Really nice clean modern well appointed house, amazing well stocked kitchen, nice large living room, comfortable beds in really nice bedrooms, beautiful view through huge windows. Loved it, would stay there again! We explored Picton and Wellington, went to Sandbanks, sampled wine, and sampled balsamic vinegar.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Water’s Edge. It was in close proximity to provincial parks and local attractions. You don’t need to leave the property to enjoy the beautiful scenery & take advantage of everything the lakefront has to offer. Would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Thank you for staying with us! Happy to host you in the future!
Beautiful home on Barcoven Bay with large windows to watch the loons and the herons.Bathrooms are clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed , but there wasn’t any plastic wrap or tin foil etc. The only disappointment was the Bunkie. It’s located in an old garage with mouse bait stations, cobwebs and dust. The actual bunkie room was clean and very much like the main house.
The check in process was seamless. When we arrived everything was ready for us. A gift basket of vegetables grown right here on the property was waiting for us. The property was clean and fully stocked for everything we needed for our stay. Tons of activities were provided at the cottage for endless entertainment. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Thanks so much for staying with us! It would be lovely to host you and your group again!
The house is very clean and modern and well laid out. Bathrooms are beautiful. Fireplace is nice and cozy but would have been better if you could see through the glass. The hosts were great with getting back to me with any questions or concerns. First time booking on vrbo and had a great weekend!
This property is truly amazing. The waterfront location is so serene, and featured swan colonies raising their young. You can kayak (provided!) to the almost exclusive Barcovan Beach in 15 minutes or less. The whole property is well fitted out with kitchen and bathroom items - the best we've ever experienced. And the water sports amenities are great for the whole family. There is even a scrapbook highlighting the history of the property and its owners over the years - they are proud owners. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. More than 5 stars!
A beautiful, clean property with a spectacular view
I stayed here with friends for a weekend and just loved it. I have nothing but good things to say. The lake is closer to the house than it seemed from the pictures which made for a spectacular view. Because it faces south, you can see both sunrise and sunset over the water. The house itself is very modern and tastefully decorated. It's also the most well stocked rental property I've stayed in. It was very clean and extremely well organized. The host was very responsive to messages and questions during our stay.
This was the most comfortable and well thought out places we’ve rented in a long time. The cottage is very well equipped as Aubrae and Peter have though of everything you would need for a great stay. The water off the dock was shallow enough for two 6 yr olds to play without worry. They also loved being in the peddle boat and kayaks. It close to two provincial parks, wineries/cider houses, cheese shops, grocery stores, etc. The hosts were very responsive as well. Highly recommended.

We took ownership in 2018 and completely reno'd the space so that we could provide our guests a place to make great memories, just like our family has!
