Pleasant semi-detached triplex house of 85 m2 offering a clear view of Lake Geneva, nestled in Amphion-les-Bains, seaside resort 3 km from Evian-les-Bains. Close to the resorts of Thollon les Memises, Bernex, Chatel, Gex and Avoriaz (the gates of the sun), this accommodation will offer you a glimpse of the seaside resort and proximity to the winter resorts. Our house includes 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate, quiet but very close to various tourist places, 6 people and 1 baby.
We propose 1 parental suite with bed in 160 and its en-suite bathroom, the 2 other rooms with bed in 140. An umbrella is available. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle ... A large living-room with TV and internet box, with a balcony overlooking the lake. The exteriors include a balcony, a terrace of about 15 m2 and a garden accessible by the parental suite (bay window) of 15 m2 approximately. Garden furniture, and baby equipment available (bathtub, changing mat, umbrella bed, high chair)
