Das Ferienhaus ist zwar schon recht alt, aber in einem guten Zustand. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage und ein WLAN um sehr gut abzuschneiden. Beides ist an diesem Standort notwendig, um in diesem Haus einen optimalen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Très bon séjour entre mer et montagne en famille

Maison conforme aux photos et à l'annonce. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances au pied des montagnes et à 15 min des plages. Points positifs: Très propre, literie parfaite, il y a tout le nécessaire dans la maison (serviettes, produits en tout genre pour la cuisine comme pour le ménage, draps...) ainsi que pour le jardin (ustensile barbecue, transats, table de jardin...), terrasse très agréable sous le soleil ou à l'ombre, situation de la maison au pied des montagnes pour de belles balades avec le toutou, piscine et snack avec du choix à 10 min à pieds, plages et criques magnifiques à 15 min en voiture (eau cristalline, plage adaptée aux chiens, activités nautiques...), Portaventura à 25 min en voiture, ventilateur au plafond très utile pendant les fortes chaleurs d'été, douche dans le jardin utile, maison totalement clôturée et sans vis à vis pour une parfaite intimité, Mercadona et Lidl à moins de 8 min en voiture, propriétaire qui accepte les animaux (important pour nous). Sur la route en direction de la plage, nombreux commerces tels que restaurants, boucheries, pharmacies, rôtisseries, boutiques de vêtements, souvenirs... Petits points négatifs: Chiens du voisinage qui aboient très régulièrement, petites fourmis qui apparaissent si nous n'emballons pas les sachets de nourriture dans des sacs hermétiques. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison. Tout a été parfait pendant les 3 semaines d'été. Merci!!!!

Sehr schönes Haus und Umgebung

Leider waren die 10 Tage viel zu schnell vorbei! Das Haus war wie beschrieben und genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.

Très bon séjour dans le location de Michel et frieda.Maison indépendante bien équipée et fonctionnelle .la voiture est indispensable mais les commerces sont a 5 kms , tout comme la belle plage de l'hospitalet. Belles criques a 15 kms a très bientôt

Algemene indruk: een 8 op 10 dus tevreden :-)

Toch enkele minpuntjes: kleine 2 persoonsbedden (140cm breed), geen WiFi, geen airco (wel ventilatoren en overal vliegenramen), kleine keuken, het zwembad is openbaar en je moet er voor betalen, af en toe luidruchtige buren. P.S: Het volgende heeft niets met het verblijf te maken maar ik wil bij deze iedereen toch waarschuwen voor de frauduleuze praktijken van de autoverhuurmaatschappijen in Spanje, in mijn geval GOLDCAR door wie ik dit jaar al 2x ben opgelicht.

Très belle maison!

Les proprietaires nous ont acceuilli très gentillement. Belle maison chaleureuse dans un petit village au bord des montagnes. La maison était très propre et équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Aux alentours une piscine, un terrain de pétanque et un restaurant/bar. Beaucoup de français, ce qui est pas mal qu on ne parle pas espagnol :-) Très bon rapport qualité prix! Un grand Merci aux propriétaires;)

Ruhige, gepflegte Unterkunft von netten Vermietern

Wir haben in diesem Jahr 3 Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr gepflegt und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Das Grundstück selbst ist komplett sichtschützend umzäunt. Man kann nicht einmal einen Nachbarn irgendwann sehen. Wer es sehr ruhig haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. An dieser Stelle auch noch einmal herzlichen Dank für die gastgeschenke :-)

El alojamiento está muy bien, tal y como se detalla en el anuncio, muy limpio y con todos los accesorios que puedas imaginar, desde especias para cocinar, múltiples utensilios de cocina, mantas, toallas etc.... de todo! Los anfitriones se preocuparon mucho por nuestro bienestar y nos explicaron todo muy bien, incluso tienen hojas en varios idiomas explicando el funcionamiento de los aparatos electrónicos. Todo está pensado para que disfrutes y no te tengas que preocupar de nada. Quizás el único punto a destacar es el tema de la piscina, quizás el anuncio puede dar a entender que la casa está situada justo al lado de la piscina y está a la entrada de la urbanización. Agradecerles su hospitalidad y trato.

Maison idéale pour de bonnes vacances

Très belle maison, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La maison comme ses équipements sont en parfait état. Très bien située, dans une résidence calme et à 10 minutes des belles plages de l'Hospitalet où les parkings sont gratuits. Un endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, Frieda et Michel, qui sont plus qu'adorables. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
