This fantastic Charlestonian style home is located in one of Hilton Head Islands youngest seaside communities, and is just a short walk (approximately 700 yards) to the beach. In addition to the beach you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside park just 100 yards away. Within walking distance of the house you will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, beach parking, and restrooms. If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf watch Resort (which are both very popular resorts on the island. It's mid island location makes it convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton have to offer. The areas best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities are all a short bike ride away. "Bordered by a tidal inlet, Singleton beach is one of the least crowded beaches on the island. For a bite to eat or a refreshing break from the sun, just steps away is Coco's on the Beach, known for their frozen drinks and grilled menu fare."


There is a golf cart beach shuttle service that runs Sunday-Friday 9 am till 5 pm from Memorial Day till Labor day. It is provided free of charge for our guests and is included in the rental price.

Very attractive, clean, and well stocked with kitchen things. We rented 30 and also 27, so we had 22 people very comfortably situated close to each other and all had a great time. The decor was fun, too, and everyone wants to come back in the summer for the little pool!

Amazing home very close to beach!

We had a wonderful stay! Loved how spacious the house was and we were all very comfortable in our beds. Very close to the beach and in beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Family Beach Week

Great house, plenty of room for our big family. The beds were super comfy and rooms were spacious enough for a pack n play crib for my grandbaby. Kitchen is well stocked and furniture was nice. Although we never took the shuttle to the beach, the walk was pleasant enough and not too far. We played tennis at the (free) courts and walked all the trails. Also, plenty of parking in the driveway. Just bring your groceries and beach towels!

Great location and Home

Stayed here with friends for a golf trip. There’s a mini mart and breakfast spot near by and the beach is walking distance. Restaurants and night life is a uber ride away. Would def recommend!

This was one of the nicest houses I’ve ever stayed in. It was EXTREMELY clean and so spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable, and the bathroom in every bedroom was SO nice. My only complaint would be the lack of spices/seasonings that are usually found at rental homes. Additionally, the directions to get to the beach were a little confusing. The listing stated that “Coco’s on the Beach was a local place to get food and drinks”, but we weren’t able to get in because we were told by employees that it was only for residents of a specific neighborhood. However, overall, the stay was AMAZING. Perfect neighborhood for an adult getaway.

Beautiful home and very nicely decorated. However I found the kitchen facilities to be very minimal. And overall I found the house not be very clean at all. Some bathrooms seem to have black mold. The dirty refrigerator is just off putting.

Girls weekend away

The house was really perfect for our group. We had room to be together and room to spread out in a neighborhood where we felt safe to go walking any time of the day. We had one issue with a bathroom and they came right over and fixed it. The beach is pretty nearby and parking there was easy this time of year.

Thanksgiving Family Holiday

We truly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The house was beautiful and was as depicted in the photos. Yes, there is some wear & tear, but nothing that took away from our experience. There was more than enough room for the 12 of my family members. We really appreciated each room having it's own bathroom. The house was in a great location within walking distance of the beach. And all of the amenities included in our stay made it all the more comfortable. Would definitely rent this property again!

Loved it

The house was really nice, the rooms are huge, the bunk beds were all big enough for adults to sleep in, we had a group of 12 adults there to golf and it really didn't feel crowded at all. It's also such a short walk to the beach, I didn't realize how fast it would be to get there. The beach itself was great, and there's a little tiki bar very close by as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future, thanks again.

Great place close to beach

My family and sig others stayed here for a wedding over the weekend. The house was huge and a great location to be near a ton of stuff. Having a bathroom for each room was a huge advantage when everyone had to get ready at the same time. We should have heated the pool as it would have been perfect to just relax after our festivities but we didn't really think we would have time to enjoy it and did not plan ahead. Next time we come back to Hilton Head we would definitely try to book this house again! We had a small group compared to what this house could hold but it would be perfect for a couple families vacationing together. The rooms were very spacious. Overall a great house!

Amazing week!!

The house is beautiful & we slept 9 comfortably! Close to the beach. Great location!!! Had issues with the AC & it was resolved VERY quickly! A few suggestions would be to have some more kitchen items, blankets, actual beach chairs instead of camp chairs & an umbrella would be great! Would definitely rent this house again!

Girls Trip

The house is beautiful with comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for us to sit comfortably and play games in the living room. The table and island were nice for meals. Beds were very comfortable. I wish there would have been directions or a better explanation of how to access the beach. I put a 5 star on the property manager but didn’t have any communication with them. Didn’t want to hurt the review.

State Championships

We competed in the 65 and older tennis State Championships. Five members of the team (along with their wives) stayed in the home. It was the perfect location for us. We’re an elderly group (all in our late 60’s and early 70’s) so it was nice to have nice comfortable rooms, beds and private washrooms. The sitting area was also very roomy and comfortable. We opted to eat out for all of our meals and spent most of the day on tennis courts; however, it was nice to have a comfortable house to come home to at the end of a very active and tiring day. Would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for our family of 15 people. The swimming pool area was all shaded, would have enjoyed if sun during the day. The beach was about .7 of a mile away. I would have preferred to be closer. There was a golf cart service provided by a young high school student who did an outstanding job getting us to and from the beach. Great location for groceries and restaurants.

Nice home but...

I have a group of professional men that have golf trips multiple times annually. We have rented many homes over the years. This home was accomodating for what we needed. However there were a couple of issues. The host was hard to contact. The grill didn't have a propane tank at all. We had to buy a few basic items that I've experienced to be common in homes like salt and pepper. There is a gnat and mosquito issue in the outside sitting area which we were able to tame ourselves, but it needs someone professional to take care of. When trying to notify the host, I could only message through the VRBO app. Messages wouldn't receive a reply. Other than the bug issue and the communication gaps, if these problems were addressed I'd rent this home again.

Nice Place but Needs a good Cleaning

The place is nice but definitely needs some cleaning and upkeep. We couldn't even put clothes in closet because of a musty smell. Tried another one and had to wash the shelves before using them. The dresser drawers were also not used because of how much sand and crumbs were in them. The rugs, couches' chairs and carpet are filthy. The kitchen faucet was very loose, which one of the guys fixed while there. Door to the pool would not close and he adjusted that also. We could have called on that I’m sure but he fixed it. I personally liked the place but it isnt very well kept up. Also the room where garbage is kept was disgusting, stinky and just gross. I would not go back to that particular property.
