Spacious house of 125 m² with very large rooms and a green garden of 1200 m². Ideal for families, equipped for babies (travel cot, high chair, toys ...) Large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, toaster) + 1 bathroom (bath, WC, washing machine, tumble dryer) + 1 shower room.
It is located in the middle of the island halfway between joinville port (5 mins by bike) and St Sauveur (2 mins by bike). Any comfort (TV, Blue-ray, washing machine, board games ...) The nearest beach is 800m away. Possibility to park a car in the walled garden. Central heating (heat pump) for those who wish to go there out of season.

La maison est fonctionnelle et bien adaptée pour passer des vacances en familles avec de jeunes enfants (jardin close, jeux etc.). Les propriétaires ont été accommodants, et la communication a été fluide en amont de notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances familiales !

Belle maison familiale très bien placée

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans une maison très bien équipée, très bien placée et avec un grand jardin dont nous nous avons bien profité !

Grande maison bien organisée

Maison à deux pas du port comme de St Sauveur. Grand jardin et belle pièce à vivre. Grandes chambres aussi.
