An adorable cabin to stay in while you ski at the newly re-born Tenney Mountain Ski Area (be sure to check status of the resort before booking if you are looking to ski here), or spend the weekend snowmobiling through the many miles of trails which are accessible just at the across the street. Much hiking and lake fun at nearby Newfound Lake to be had during the warmer months; or just relax to the babbling brook off the covered back deck Built by Tenney Mountain co-founder John French and used for many years as housing for ski patrol, a lot of good times have been had here.

We enjoyed our stay at this property for four nights. The bedrooms are nicely decorated. There are full bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The living room is huge

The cabin was very cozy and fit our family (& pup) with plenty room. It is a little ‘rustic’ but exactly what we were looking for. Grounds are magical- tire swing, a brook, fire pit. Kids say it is their favorite place we have stayed so far. Host very responsive and helpful.

Third year in a row renting out the this cabin for a golf weekend. Love staying here. Great if you’re a skier as it’s just steps from Tenney Mountain.

The cabin was absolutely breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay and amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone. When we get to come back from Texas, we'll absolutely try to stay here again.

Cute cabin, comfortable and secluded, convenient location near many activities. They have lots of board games that would be good for all ages. The Flume Gorge was amazing and the food at Last Resort brewery was delicious.

Always a peaceful stay!

This is our third time staying at Dustin's cabin and it is a family favorite! We always make wonderful family memories and leave feeling refreshed! Great spot to enjoy New Hampshire.

The cabin was unkep[t. All the blinds in every room were broke. The furniture is in terrible condition. The path is impossible to walk on.

Perfect cabin! Stayed with 3 teens and a dog and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful stream outback with a spot you can go into water. Great fire pit… just great place!

Brookside Cabin Retreat

Family has a great time at the property. It is difficult to find rentals that are accepting of pets and this property was the most pet friendly one we’ve ever stayed at. They had run lines for the dogs which were very helpful. The river behind and the fire pit were bonuses to an amazing place. We are looking forward to returning

This property is located right near the Tenney Mountain resort ski lodge in that complex. It shares a driveway with one other property. Its got a wonderful fire pit next to a brook. Porch has a giant picnic table, nice size gas grill and Adirondack chairs that let you sit and enjoy the view. Living room is a great size for larger groups and easily will seat 8 . Cable tv and a well functioning ac unit made this a great gathering space. There were also lots of games to choose from. Bedrooms were good size with the master also having its own ac unit. Realize this a log cabin with rooms up top in the eave portion. Was perfect for us but some folks have issues with that type of space. I loved the kitchen. Having stayed in a lot of arbnbs this had a well stocked group of pots and pans as well as a full knife block, microwave, full stove, toaster and keurig coffee maker. There was another full size picnic table on the front entry porch. Strung lights along the front gave it a nice night presence. We had no issues with noise but were here in the summer when the ski area isn't really open.

Absolutely gorgeous views

This cabin was lovely. Plenty of room, privacy, a calming stream to listen to while having coffee on the huge porch in the mornings. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of entertainment. My only recommendation is do not take Melvin Rd. Our GPS directed us there and we were lucky we made it. The main road to the restaurant is the best route.

Super Cabin Experience

This cabin is everything in the pictures and more! The owner has a well stocked cabin, lovely and peaceful property, gas grill with LP so outside cooking was easy, didn't run out of a thing! Dustin answered messages quickly, gave good suggestions for hiking trails and sights to see! Highly recommend the property! Thanks to the owner for such a great experience!
