We rented this house for a wedding we attended. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for the 3 nights we were there. Beautiful views from the deck.

Was very clean & relaxing & quiet. Would definitely go back although the stairs to get in were a bit difficult. Lower railings on either side would remedy that though. Overall a thumbs up!

Wedding Weekend Getaway!

We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding at Owls Nest resort. It was just around the corner, so very convenient. The house was everything we needed with 4 adults and 2 under the age of 3. The owners were very responsive to our questions prior to leaving and they thought of everything. They had everything you would need. There were only a few downsides. The coffe table in the LR was not at all toddler friendly (Glass top and harsh corners) and not the one we saw in the pics, which would have have been preferable. The bathrooms were a bit outdated, some mold and lighting was particularly bad in one of them. Some dust on lampshades but other than these few minor items, we would recommend and definetely stay here againl

Owl's Nest Wedding

Great location. Just minutes from Owl's Nest. Fully equipped and labeled kitchen including spices and coffee and tea. Clean. Beds very comfortable. Spiral stairs inside and outside deck stairs were very difficult. Living room couches were very low and difficult to get in and out of. Great internet access and TV

Winter Getaway

The accommodations were good. If I had to suggest changes it would be inform renters of the spiral staircase, the lack of no bathroom in the bedroom in the loft and the very steep, narrow set of stairs in the house leading up to the main living space.Also the two bedrooms on the ground level were a bit cold for sleeping.Otherwise it was a nice space for the weekend.

The property was as described and a perfect fit for our needs that weekend. It was a 5 min ride to the venue so worth looking into if in that area and need space.

Amazing!

This property was perfect! We stayed in the area for a wedding and could not have been happier with this property. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! They had everything you needed- a kitchen with all of the utensils/ supplies, plenty of towels, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, and lots of games. If we are ever looking to stay up there again we would definitely book this place again!

Mountain Retreat

We had 7 adults stay 2 nights up at this mountain home and it was a great time. The location is nice and convenient to get around to Waterville Valley or Lincoln. The beds were comfortable, couches were great, and the kitchen had all you needed. Everything was labeled really well so it was easy to find anything you were looking for. The living room was comfortable and chill. The downstairs had some fun adult games to play. The only complaints were the grill had a broken piece which made it unusable, one bathmat was soaked when we got there, and the shower needs a deep clean. Our group had a great time during our stay.

New Hampshire weekend

Overall the house was ok, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with utensils and even some pantry items. Plenty of towels and linens. The problems: The main floor bathroom had a tiny shower that was moldy and had soap scum on the shower caddy from previous guests, and it had a leaking door so the floor was always wet. Shower was very difficult to turn completely off and not drip. Not enough towel racks for several people to share a bathroom. The stairs were treacherous, narrow and winding and had raw wood planks on either side and one of our guests cut their arm as they were going down. To access the loft there is a narrow spiral staircase, not easy to climb. The loft was not child safe (luckily we had no kids with us). I would not recommend this place to those with any kind of mobility problems. Lighting overall was poor, very dark.

Great space

We had a great visit to this terrific home! So well equipped and clean. We loved that it was dog friendly and yet it still felt very clean. Everyone slept great in the very comfortable beds and had their own space in this large home. We were a family group in the area for a wedding and this house was in a great location close to everything. Communication with the host was excellent. She was prompt and accommodating. We were so pleased to find this great vacation home and recommend it highly!
