We stayed for the Odies Beach Festival and it did not disappoint. The unit was exceptionally clean, exactly as described with everything you need for a great vacation and the location was perfect! The view from the balcony was AMAZING!! The process was seamless from the beginning reservation to the final check-out. The communication with the host was very simple and easy. We had a medical issue that increased our stay, this host went above and beyond to accommodate us which was appreciated beyond words. I can’t say enough about the host and the unit. We will definitely book again!!

It was a beautiful experience. The view of the beach was gorgeous and the walk was right across the street. The host , Sandy responded very quickly to any questions we had. I hope to be able to stay again

We absolutely loved this property! It was beautiful, spacious, and had amazing views. The location was perfect—close to so many attractions, restaurants, and things to do. The price was excellent, especially considering the location, the great amenities, and the fact that we stayed during the busy 4th of July weekend.My husband, my daughter, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back in the future!

We loved our stay. The place was just as beautiful as the photos. Sandy was AMAZING! This was our 6th time to Florida and she was the BEST host I have ever had. She was quick with arrival information and to reply when I had questions. We give Sandy and her place give stars and look forward to returning to her place.

This place was great. It was nicely decorated, clean and in a great location. One of the best places we have stayed in Destin. If your looking for a nice getaway then this is your place. Thanks and will definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay on the Gulf

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo- very well equipped as well! The porch is large with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Good restaurants and ice cream shop very close by. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in a excellent location

Just wanted to say we had an amazing stay. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. Communication with Sandy was immediate and pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Not to mention the view from the balcony is beautiful and the location is great no matter what you are in the area to do.

Very nice condo, accomodations and location! Made for a perfect vacation!

The condo accommodations were very nice! Everything you would need. Loved the ocean view and being just a short walk from the beautiful beach. All the amenities of the property were great, too, including the restaurant! Two pools to choose from, no crowds and lounge chairs were always available. Close to good restaurants, the Outlet Mall and Baytowne Wharf. The owner was also very nice and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great family vacation

We came to stay with 2 adult couples. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. In one of the closets we had wagon with 2 boogie boards, pool noodles, and inflatables which were nice for the beach and pool. We took a day to go down to the harbor walk and took a shuttle to crab island and had a great time. Captain D’s and Harry T’s were great to eat at.

Annual Summer Vaca 2022

Very good condo, even better than we expected.

My husband and myself are very satisfied with our choice: this unit (1807) is very comfortable, clean and equipped like your home. We are grateful to Sandy (condo manager ) for being very responsive and giving exact instruction. We absolutely would recommend this condo for vacation rent.

Beautiful

The property is beautiful. As with everywhere they are having trouble getting people to work. The trash was always overflowing. We ate several times at the cabana cafe was delicious. The condo was very nice and spacious for my group. The view was beautiful. Definitely recommend

Memorial Weekend Get-Away

My daughter and I wanted a beach get-away for a quick vacation. The location of the property is ideal and being on the 18th floor provided amazing views of the beach without interference from other nearby properties. Our unit was exactly as described and provided all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We spent time at the beach and at the pool. Pool area was clean and had enough lounge chairs for those using the pool area. The on-site restaurant was perfect for lunch each day and our waitress was excellent! We would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip next year - but will stay longer!
