Welcome to It's Tannin Time! This beutiful 2 bedroom w/ bonus bunkroom, 2 bathroom, oversized condo sleeps 8.

Each Destin condo rental in Ariel Dunes has 9 foot ceilings, and an 8 foot sliding glass door to help bring the gorgeous gulf view to life! Granite counter-tops, carpeting, tile and GE profile appliances are just some of the details to ensure that your vacation is truly luxurious.

We are very proud of our new piece of paradise and look forward to having you as our guests. Our two bedroom, (plus a bunk room), with sleeper-sofa in the living area and two bath condo, which will accommodate up to 8 persons, has so many features to assure that your stay is one of the best you've ever experienced. We have furnished the condo to be very warm and to make you feel you are at 'your' Florida beach home away from home.

Each of the two bedrooms include cable TV with DVD and the living room has cable TV, DVR, a stereo and high-speed wireless internet! Not only are the all the bed linens and bath towels included, we also provide beach chairs with umbrella and a crib and hi-chair for those with small children so you can travel with LESS baggage!

We have a fantastic beach location on Scenic Gulf Drive (formerly Scenic Hwy 98) where you can just relax and catch the sunsets & sunrises on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Enjoy our beautiful white sand beaches to, go shelling, parasailing and enjoy many of the other activities. When not on the beach, you can enjoy the restaurant located on the 1st floor, tennis courts, the Seascape Golf Club or go shopping at the Sand Dollar Outlet Mall, the largest of its kind in the US.

We had a fantastic time at Tannin Time! Beautiful condo with a short walk to the beach and very nice pools.. Check-in and Check-out was nice and easy just read your emails. I would definitely stay at Miramar Beach over Destin. When we return we will definitely look at staying here again. Thank you so much for a fantastic vacation!!!

Everything was great. The condo was exactly how it was explained. It had everything we needed to get us through the week. We did not have any trouble at all while we were there.

Excellent unit!

Will definitely be back with my family! Unit was very clean, comfortable, and stocked well with everything that we would need. Was a little nervous as this was our first time traveling with our 2 year old who has limited safe food options, but was very thankful that the unit had everything we would need to be able to make her meals.

Short walk to the beach

There was a restaurant/bar downstairs which was really convenient. The beach was less than a 5 min walk away. The condo was nice and spacious.

Perfect!!!

It has a great view of the ocean and overlooking the pool....we had 4 adults with great rooms ans 2 kids with us that absolutely loved there own room with bunk beds in there!!! Very spacious and a huge balcony....needles to say we have been coming to destin for a few yesrs bow and this is the only place we come to!!

Spacious and conveniently located!

We stayed for a week with our two kids who are almost 6 and 3. We were so pleased with the spaciousness of the condo, the gorgeous view of the water, and easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, and a washer and dryer. It was a great trip!!

Family Getaway

Fabulous week full of family fun activities. Room was excellent and exactly as described. View from the balcony was awesome. We rented a golf cart and visited the restaurant and bar downstairs. Pool was very well maintained.

Vacation and Wedding Trip

We stayed at this property for my niece's destination wedding and it was perfect. We arrived before check-in and with all the madness that goes along with a destination wedding, Kathleen was gracious enough to allow us to get into the property early after a long road trip. The property was as listed and even better in person. I can't recommend it enough.

Great Place...

We loved the view from out balcony. everything important like coffeee shops and restuarants were within walking distance including the beautiful beach!! Everything you could want to do: golf, basketball, shopping, wine sipping, pickelball and beach walks....right there. adequately stocked, but if you are a baker, bring a cookie sheet and 9x 13. manager was super accodmodating!

Girls concert weekend

Lovely home.! We had four women. The bunk bed didn't work well for our fourth, but linens were ample to make her sleep well on the pull out sofa. Concert venue and beach/board walk access are great. The pool and Cabana bar are right there. Hey, what can I say? It was great!!

Ideal location!

My family enjoyed our stay here very much! The easy walk to the beach included two separate shower stations for hosing off. The pool was a delightful end to a day at the beach. The view from the balcony was lovely! Inside we were grateful for the excellent climate control, access to our favorite TV programs, and plenty of bath towels for everyone. All appliances worked well and we had enough soap and paper products for a 2 - 3 night stay for 6 of us. Kathy was great to work with - absolutely no complaints! Thank you for letting us stay!

Family Vacation 2024

We loved this condo. We had 5 adults and 3 children and there was space for everyone. The view was beautiful and the pools were nice. Very short walk to the beach. Property is in my favorite area of Miramar Beach so it worked out great. Clean and had everything we needed inside. My only complaint was the mattress on the couch bed. If that was updated to a newer mattress then I’d have no complaints whatsoever. We even got into town early, and Kathy was nice enough to give us access to the property earlier than the expected check in time, which helped us a lot. Great stay! I will be back.

needs updating bad furnishings

Beds were horrible/old/hard, couch cushions were so thin you feel the bars from the bottom pull out, super used for years! Outside patio furniture the paint/coating comes off when you touch it. Was exactly like pictured but just very used place and needs all new furnishings.

Great view, nice patio, little dated, easy parking

The view was beautiful, patio furnished well. Accurately advertised. Easy walk to beach - felt like much less than 0.3 miles that is advertised. 2 big nice pools that were never over crowded (no hot tub). Although kitchen space is a little tight, other living areas are adequate and furnished functionally. The bunk room is tight but has a door so is private feeling like 3rd bdrm. Nice little casual restaurant on main level which makes great food you can enjoy on the beach or by the pool. Unit has a somewhat tired feeling that just needs a bit of updating especially the bedding in the second guest room and the couches which had a tear on the back of one of the cushions and the couch mattress is unusable for sleeping. Bathrooms were very clean, but only prepared for a nightly stay with one very tiny bar of soap per bathroom and partially used rolls of toilet tissue in each bath. It was not ready for a week of 4 people, so be prepared to bring your own. However, plenty of dish washing soap, dishwasher pods and two laundry soaps. Kitchen has plenty of plates/bowls/silverware, needs purging of old appliances as has duplicates and needs a thorough cleaning. Several light bulbs need replacing - reported the one in the laundry room on the day we left which they said they will replace. Overall, we had a nice stay for the busy Memorial Day weekend. Very responsive management so hopefully these items of feedback will bring improvements that future renters will enjoy.
