This very cosy Parisian apartment is located one block away from the Georges Pompidou Center in the very heart of the beautiful and chic Marais district.

The buiding dates from the 18th century ( in a very quiet medieval street) . It is located on the 4th floor ( US 5th floor ) with an elevator ( from US 2nd floor ) and a great view on the Georges Pompidou Center.

The nearest metro station «Rambuteau» is one minute walk from the apartment building.

This apartment has recently been fully refurbished with a lot of style. It is oriented south with double glazing . It has exposed beams as well as wooden floors.

This 40m2 apartment is extremely functional and can easily accomodate 4 people with a queen size bed and a fold out couch in the living room.

- Kitchen is open plan with dish washer, washer dryer and a top induction stove. Filter and Nespresso coffee machines available.

- Bathroom has a shower.

- Unlimited WiFi.

- Separate toilets just off the bedroom.

This apartment is a perfect « pied-à-terre « for your Parisian stay, its location is ideal, very central near all the great Parisian highlights, Place des Vosges, Seine river, Saint-Louis island, Notre-Dame and City island, Latin Quarter, Saint-Gremain-des Près and the Louvre.

It will be my pleasure to welcome you, show you around and make sure you settle in confortably.

Excellent location for a stay in Paris. This apartment in an 18th century building is fully modernized, comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen, nice wood floors and large living area. It's a plus to have a washer, dishwasher and elevator.But the best part of this rental is the kind and helpful host Louis, who makes his guests feel welcome and well cared for. His walking tour of the neighborhood was very helpful.

Host was so nice and communicated almost daily to make sure I was ok. He even took the time to visit the gallery where I had an opening. Merci, Louis!The elevator was a godsend given that this is on 5th floor. And as others have noted, location could not have been better. If you enjoy Le Marais and all it has to offer, I doubt you will find a better place. Highly recommended.

Super clean flat, comfortable beds, very quiet just a few steps away from the metro and loads of grocers, food artisans and restaurants. The Host is very accommodating and checked with us several times to make sure that we were satisfied with our stay and if we needed anything else. Highly recommend.

Louis was a great host. He spent some time with us on a walk in the neighbourhood orientating us to the area which was very kind. He also linked us up with a driver , Michele , also very nice , to get us up to the airport.

Comfortable bed. About what you would expect in a 17th Century building in terms of access. Functional. Louis was wonderful in terms of welcoming us, showing us the neighborhood and making dinner reservations for us.

Wonderful neighborhood.

Louis was a wonderful host. Paolo, his assistant checked us in, showed us how everything was laid out in the apartment and then gave us a wonderful one hour tour of the neighborhood which was spectacular. The apartment was very comfortable and fulfilled all of our needs. Great little eateries doorsteps from our apartment. We were also very centrally located for easy access for our one week. Stay in Paris.

A wonderful stay in Paris

On our arrival we were met by Louis, our excellent host. He assisted with our luggage from the taxi and accompanied us to our apartment. The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable and well designed. Louis was kind enough to explain the immediate area where the apartment was located and suggested restaurants we could eat at that night. His recommendation was for a restaurant with a view of Notre Dame Cathedral and once again he was kind enough to phone the restaurant to confirm the booking. Communication was excellent with Louis who responded immediately when we had any queries, even helping with our onward travel arrangements. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The manager/owner Louis was very gracious and attententive. He arranged a car service to and from the Paris Airport, Charles De Gaulle.He gave comprehensive instructions and contact data.Overall, fanatastic stay. Super comfy.5 Stars

Location and Louis

What a great long weekend in Paris. Louis had met my wife as she arrived slightly earlier and he was the consummate host. The check in was simple and tailored and he even walked her around the neighborhood to help orient us in the wonderful Marais district. This location couldn’t be better, great wine, cheese, boulangerie, shopping. cafes, you name it, It’s right there. Those classic Paris neighborhoods you have seen, this is it! The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for the two of us. Would definitely stay here again!!

Paris Apartment - Great Location in Marais

This is a little jewel tucked away in the midst of a great area. Lots of history within walking distance, food choices galore and the train/bus super convenient to all the main attractions. Thankful for the small lift so we didn't have to drag our luggage to the 4th floor, but the beds were comfy and most importantly - it is in a prime location!

Paris flat review

This is a very charming flat with plenty of space for 2. It is extremely well located and one block from the metro. Very clean with comfortable bed and nice shower. The owner of the flat was easy to reach and communicate with, and wanted to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.

Great spot!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and Louis was so kind. There is one flight of stairs up to the elevator, easy peasy. A pharmacy and grocery store are located on the corner. The neighboring streets had loads of shops and restaurants. A comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen were appreciated. Metro was convenient too. We would stay there again if we ever are lucky enough to go back to Paris!

Charming location and wonderful Host

Louis was so helpful upon arrival with parking, luggage, recommendations, etc. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4. The space was a little tight, but worked perfectly fine. We loved the quaint area (Le Marais). So many restaurants, bakeries, stores within walking distance.

C’est Superb!

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Amazing host with Louis available for any question - and an easy check-in to boot. This location can’t be beat. It’s in the heart of everything in the Marais; yet, it’s very quiet and peaceful on a lovely side street. A beautifully renovated apartment with all the amenities you need (elevator from floor one, Nespresso machine, great kitchen, etc) . Can’t wait to return and cannot recommend highly enough even as a very frequent and picky traveller. .

Holiday in Marais

Very central location. Great for experiencing Paris by foot as many sights within walking distance. Neighborhood markets, restaurants and shopping were amazing. Louis; our host gave us a tour or area at the beginning of our visit. Louis checked on us thru our visit ti make sure we were doing ok and to see if we needed anything. The apartment had efficient kitchen, great shower and comfortable beds. Loved the linens; so beautiful. Happy stay!
