Cet appartement est localisé dans une rue calme au 4Úme étage, avec ascenseur ( depuis le 1er étage ), plein sud et trÚs lumineux.

Ce 2 piĂšces rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© par un architecte d’intĂ©rieur est meublĂ© avec soins.

Les fenĂȘtres sont en double vitrage.

L'appartement et son propriĂ©taire Louis ont Ă©tĂ© au-delĂ  de nos attentes. Louis est en effet d'une grande disponibilitĂ© et trĂšs soucieux du bien-ĂȘtre de ses clients. Au-delĂ  de sa situation gĂ©ographique idĂ©ale Ă  deux pas du Centre Pompidou (un excellent point de repĂšre), du mĂ©tro et de la rue Rambuteau, oĂč on peut trouver une panoplie de boutiques de qualitĂ©, notamment un magasin de vins, une Ă©picerie, une pĂątisserie, une boulangerie, une charcuterie, l'appartement Ă©tait parfait. TrĂšs charmant, extrĂȘmement bien insonorisĂ©, dotĂ© de toutes les commoditĂ©s nĂ©cessaires et un lit particuliĂšrement confortable. Excellent location for a stay in Paris. This apartment in an 18th century building is fully modernized, comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen, nice wood floors and large living area. It's a plus to have a washer, dishwasher and elevator.But the best part of this rental is the kind and helpful host Louis, who makes his guests feel welcome and well cared for. His walking tour of the neighborhood was very helpful.

Host was so nice and communicated almost daily to make sure I was ok. He even took the time to visit the gallery where I had an opening. Merci, Louis!The elevator was a godsend given that this is on 5th floor. And as others have noted, location could not have been better. If you enjoy Le Marais and all it has to offer, I doubt you will find a better place. Highly recommended.

Louis was a great host. He spent some time with us on a walk in the neighbourhood orientating us to the area which was very kind. He also linked us up with a driver , Michele , also very nice , to get us up to the airport.

A wonderful stay in Paris

On our arrival we were met by Louis, our excellent host. He assisted with our luggage from the taxi and accompanied us to our apartment. The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable and well designed. Louis was kind enough to explain the immediate area where the apartment was located and suggested restaurants we could eat at that night. His recommendation was for a restaurant with a view of Notre Dame Cathedral and once again he was kind enough to phone the restaurant to confirm the booking. Communication was excellent with Louis who responded immediately when we had any queries, even helping with our onward travel arrangements. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful neighborhood.

Louis was a wonderful host. Paolo, his assistant checked us in, showed us how everything was laid out in the apartment and then gave us a wonderful one hour tour of the neighborhood which was spectacular. The apartment was very comfortable and fulfilled all of our needs. Great little eateries doorsteps from our apartment. We were also very centrally located for easy access for our one week. Location and Louis

What a great long weekend in Paris. Louis had met my wife as she arrived slightly earlier and he was the consummate host. The check in was simple and tailored and he even walked her around the neighborhood to help orient us in the wonderful Marais district. This location couldn’t be better, great wine, cheese, boulangerie, shopping. cafes, you name it, It’s right there. Those classic Paris neighborhoods you have seen, this is it! The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for the two of us. Would definitely stay here again!!

Highly recommended!

We recently stayed in this apartment for eight days and highly recommend it. The owner Louis arranged airport transportation, met us for check-in, and came back to see us off the last day. He was available by phone throughout our stay, and he was easy to communicate with and prompt to reply. During check-in, we realized that we had forgotten to bring converters to plug our American phones and iPads into the French electric receptacles. Louis immediately went shopping while we continued our tour of the Marais neighborhood and quickly returned with two converters for us. Most helpful! The apartment is in an ideal location, near two Metro stations and an easy walk to many museums and attractions. There is a grocery store across the street and many shops and restaurants nearby. Yet, for all this, the apartment is quiet. We heard no noise from traffic or neighbors during our stay. The apartment is filled with light; every space has multiple windows. The shower is modern and spacious with good pressure and lots of hot water. The bed is comfortable and it was great to have a kitchen for coffee and breakfast in the mornings. True, there are four flights of stairs and the elevator is small, but this is not unusual in Paris and we got along just fine with them. This was our first time renting an apartment rather than a hotel in Paris but we will definitely do this again. We look forward to returning to Louis’s Marais apartment.

C’est Superb!

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Amazing host with Louis available for any question - and an easy check-in to boot. This location can’t be beat. It’s in the heart of everything in the Marais; yet, it’s very quiet and peaceful on a lovely side street. A beautifully renovated apartment with all the amenities you need (elevator from floor one, Nespresso machine, great kitchen, etc) . Can’t wait to return and cannot recommend highly enough even as a very frequent and picky traveller. .

Great experience!

Beautiful, clean, quiet apartment in a perfect location. Well-designed with modern appliances. Everything is in excellent condition. Easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and shopping. We’re in our 70’s and walking up the first flight of stairs was no problem. Louis is an excellent host, responsive and attentive, an ambassador for Paris. On arrival he gave us a walking tour of the neighborhood. Seeing Paris through his enthusiastic eyes increased our appreciation of its beauty throughout the trip. He arranged excellent guides to Versailles and Giverny. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment after checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and Louis was so kind. There is one flight of stairs up to the elevator, easy peasy. A pharmacy and grocery store are located on the corner. The neighboring streets had loads of shops and restaurants. A comfy bed and a well-equipped kitchen were appreciated. Metro was convenient too. We would stay there again if we ever are lucky enough to go back to Paris!

Beautiful place, Centrally Located

Our hosts, Louis and Jenevieve, were always in communication before, during and after our trip. They arranged transport from the airport and met us when we arrived. Jenevieve checked us in, made sure we knew how to operate lights, washer, stove, etc. then gave us a quick tour of the community surrounding the apt. The apt was clean and everything worked perfectly. It’s located on the 5th floor but there is a lift for luggage and also fit two people. The bed was very comfortable and we liked that we had a separate space for our living area. Plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

My wife and I stayed in this comfy flat in the 4th arrondissment for 9 nights during the 2023 Olympics and it was perfect for us! The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, great tv for keeping up with the games, and a nice size living room and bedroom. In the popular Old Marais district, it’s just a block away from dozens of cafes, bars, shops and amazing food stores. Easy access to several metro stations and a short walk to the Seine near the Hotel Deville and Notre Dame. Louis was a perfect host
available when needed, friendly, and knowledgeable. We would absolutely stay there again!

This is a very charming flat with plenty of space for 2. It is extremely well located and one block from the metro. Very clean with comfortable bed and nice shower. The owner of the flat was easy to reach and communicate with, and wanted to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.

Excellent Support and Service from Louis!

This was a very quaint apartment near the Marais District in Paris! We enjoyed 5 days here and couldn't be more thrilled with Louis' support and responsiveness the entire time. He met with us, showed us around, provided support for the metro and maps that we needed, which was really above and beyond! We didn't realize (although he did share this after we booked) that the place was on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't work for anything but the suitcases, I had the flu and have a neck injury which made this difficult to navigate. The unit's washer/dryer doesn't really work, you should make arrangements to have your laundry done elsewhere. The bed was comfy, the showers were hot and the kitchen amenities worked fine, it was very sweet!

Louis the guide

Louis was very helpful and actually gave us a walking tour around the area and made our dinner reservations. We enjoyed a glass of wine with Louis and he introduced us to the owner of the restaurant who was very gracious and took care of us. Louis also arranged car service for us on several occasions. Location Location Location

This is a very well located property in Paris. Although we had been in Paris many times, we never stayed in Le Marais and really enjoyed it. The apartment is small but confortable. We would not have stayed 3 people, but to each their own.;) Also, be advised that there is a 90 euros « Welcome Tax » upon arrival that is not mentioned on the site.
