Un estudio muy bonito y encantador, en una de las zonas más cálidas y atractivas de París. El Barrio Latino, lleno de historia, con sus pequeñas calles antiguas llenas de comodidades, muy cerca del Panteón: paseos, visitas, compras, cafeterías, restaurantes, bares, todos los placeres están cerca para una estancia agradable.

Una gran sala de 20 m2 muy clara y agradablemente decorada. Con un gran sofá convertible que se convierte en una cama grande muy cómoda para la noche. Una mesa elevadora y sillas para tomar comidas. Una pequeña cocina ingeniosamente dispuesta para que todo sea fácil y práctico. Un pequeño cuarto de baño con una hermosa ducha muy funcional.

El apartamento está ubicado en el 1er piso de un edificio antiguo, tranquilo y seguro, tiene una terraza agradable, ideal para disfrutar del desayuno.

Cerca de la estación de metro "Place Monge" (7 minutos) en la línea 7 y la estación "Cardinal Lemoine" (5 minutos) en la línea 10, está cerca de todos los otros barrios más bellos de París, Saint Germain des Prés, Notre Dame, Le Marais, etc.

Todo para que su estadía sea un éxito en comodidad, tranquilidad y placer.

Perfect refuge after an active day exploring the very vibrant Latin quarter. When we arrived Fabricio was there to warmly welcome us and acquaint us with his apartment. The space was immaculate,compact and extremely well designed with an amazing amount of storage with hidden cabinetry everywhere. The kitchen was well appointed as was the rest of the apartment and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our congenial host sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants shortly after he left us that was very helpful. Everything was very enjoyable and we will recommend this apartment to friends planning a trip to Paris!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The apartment is so cool and in a great location. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Our group included one adult and two children. I think it would have been a bit crowded if we had 2 adults, but for us it was great. Marc, the host, was very communicative regarding entry to the apartment. I would recommend this rental to friends and hope to come back someday.

We absolutely loved our stay and the location. Fabrico and Marc were very responsive, and easy to work with. The air conditioning worked great and the back patio was a perfect place to have a night cap. There are many restaurants close by and the Boulangerie right outside is to die for. I had to get used to not having a top sheet, but that’s the norm, so bring one if you want one. Yes, it’s on the smaller side, but perfect for us. The bus and metro are close by, which we really took advantage of. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy apartment

Apartment is small but cozy. The patio definitely adds to the space when the weather is nice. There were a few hiccups during our stay but Marc was very responsive and took care of everything.

Fabulous Stay in Paris

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. It was clean, functional and very well thought out. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was immaculate. Communication was very very good and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The location is excellent. We recommend the apartment to anyone.

Great Place & location

Loved the apartment. Cozy and in a great location. Many good restaurants right out the front door. Easy to get to the Metro and very lively at night. The blowdryer worked amazingly, and I wasn't expecting that. We slept very well and couldn't hear the outside noise from the street.

Great time in the Latin Quarter

The apartment is really small- but maybe no smaller than one should expect in Paris. The street it is on is very nice for restaurant options and the Rue Mouffetard is only a pleasant stroll away (2-3 blocks). We had a great time and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

We had a very nice stay after a rocky start. We landed in Paris and arrived at the VRBO without any notices - texts, emails, or messages, about check in procedures from the host. This clearly left us concerned about not having a place to stay. We tried to reach out to the host and VRBO but were unable to connect with them. Eventually, we connected with the host and he helped us enter the apartment. The apartment was small but had everything we needed. It was in a great location and the outside area was a plus. I would stay there again BUT I would prearrange a meeting time to be let into the apartment to help alleviate any worry of being scammed in a foreign country.

We really enjoyed our stay in this well-designed Paris studio. While compact, the space was smartly laid out and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle—a rare and lovely bonus. The bed was comfortable, the hot water plentiful, and having air conditioning was a welcome perk, especially in warmer weather. The neighborhood was lively and vibrant, with great food and drink options at all hours. A charming spot in the heart of Paris!

Great location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The location was better than expected....walk out the door and everything you need is right there. The bed is very comfortable and a nice size. Bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was even milk, bottled water and a couple sodas that we really appreciate. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely little studio

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this apartment. Staying in the 5eme is a treat: no tourists and great restaurants w menus in French and locals all around. Loved the neighborhood and close-by metro. It was too cold to enjoy the terrace, it’s a beautiful extra space that I makes the space feel bigger.

Paris Get-Away

This is a cozy studio with all the amenities. We particularly appreciated the coffee maker! We stayed 3 nights but it would be comfortable for a longer stay. The patio is lovely. Fabricio and his family were very accommodating with early luggage drop off and apartment access. We would stay again!

Happy anniversary

We celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary here. Check-in was a breeze. Communication was great. Apartment is small but was spotlessly clean. It’s attractively decorated and space is well utilized. We slept well. It’s quiet and we were able to enjoy the outside space a few times, too. Location is an active area, metro lines are close. It was a wonderful stay. We’d stay here again.

Wonderful spot, excellent host!

We booked a few nights for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed!!! The host accommodated our early flight, communicated quickly, & went above and beyond at check in. We would definitely book this property again! The private terrace was excellent to let fresh air in, TV worked perfectly, tons of outlets, awesome hairdryer. There is a laundromat 3 minutes away but also a washer in the unit that we used too (no issues!). Everything is walkable, very fun atmosphere, metro isn’t too far either. Notre Dame is a 20 minute walk away. Also, La Pie Noir was delicious for dinner. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in Paris!! We will be back!
