⭐ Esto no es simplemente una bonita pared de piedra vista.

Un auténtico tramo conservado de la muralla medieval construida bajo el reinado de Philippe Auguste alrededor del año 1200 forma hoy parte de este estudio y está oficialmente protegido como Monument historique francés.

Duerme junto a más de ocho siglos de historia parisina, rodeado de piedra antigua y vigas de madera vistas, y después sal a tu propia terraza privada con una pared verde, escondida en pleno corazón del Barrio Latino.

El alojamiento

La mayoría de las personas vienen a París para sentir su historia. Aquí, literalmente puedes dormir junto a ella.

Un fragmento protegido de la muralla medieval de Philippe Auguste está integrado directamente en el apartamento. Muy cerca se encontraba antiguamente la Porte Bordet, una de las puertas de las fortificaciones del París medieval.

La piedra antigua y las vigas oscuras de madera se combinan con un interior contemporáneo cuidadosamente renovado, creando un espacio con un carácter profundamente parisino.

Situado apartado de la calle y accesible por una pequeña escalera, el estudio se abre directamente a su propia terraza privada. Con su pared verde y su ubicación protegida de la calle, se siente como una auténtica estancia exterior en pleno centro de París.

Un café por la mañana. Una tarde tranquila con un libro. Una copa de vino al final del día.

El estudio es ideal para una pareja o una persona que viaje sola. Un tercer huésped puede dormir en el sofá cama, equipado con un colchón de verdad.

Fabfricio was easy to work with. We arrived very early to Paris and he had no other guests there so checking in early was a plus! Very quiet area. A little difficult to get in at first, but his detailed videos were very helpful! Lots of nightlife in the area, excellent food spots as well! We will stay here again

Fabricio and Sofia are wonderful hosts, so warm and welcoming. They met us and led us to the property and set us up with information about the apartment and guides to local sights, groceries, cafés, etc. They checked in with us a few days later to see how things were going. They have done an amazing job creating a modern, beautiful and efficiently organized apartment while retaining and including the architectural features of a 12th century wall..overall a charming place indeed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio...we ate lunch there every day and it was also delightful at night to just relax. The location was ideal for our visit, walking takes 10 minutes to Jardin des plantes and 12 minutes to Luxembourg Garden. Thank you Fabricio and Sofia.

Cozy little place in a very lively neighborhood, but tucked away enough from the street that noise isn’t an issue. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Fabricio was very communicative and made check in relatively easy for us. He even let us know when the apartment was ready a few hours early which ended up being a big help. I would stay here again!

This apartment is an excellent place to stay in a very comfortable neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described…. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The kitchen is nicely supplied with all the basics, including cooking oils and basic seasonings and good coffee options. The little patio is a perfect place to relax in the afternoon or to enjoy a quiet morning. We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. The traffic is primarily walking and bikes, with only a few cars. The public squares within 5 minute walk or less were beautiful places to enjoy sitting at a cafe and people watching or enjoying the random live music whenever it occurred. There are also grocery stores, pharmacies, and outdoor markets all within about 7 minute walk in various directions. We also want to say that the host was prompt in communicating with us, and was always very helpful. We highly recommend.

An absolutely perfect location in the best part of the Latin quarter, with excellent restaurants on the doorstep. A beautifully renovated apartment in a charming historic building that set the mood for our whole trip. Excellent communication from our host Fabricio. Recommended most highly!

My husband and I adored Fabricio's apartment and stayed very comfortably for our 9 nights in Paris. The location is fabulous! Since the apartment is tucked in the back of the building, you hear no noise from the busy street. The apartment is small, but so well designed. It has lots of storage hidden behind sleek cabinetry to unpack clothes and store luggage. The chunky wood beams on the ceiling and the stone walls add to the character. The shower is modern with great water pressure, and the AC was wonderful. The kitchenette and bathroom are well stocked, and everything in the apartment works. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained. There is a large flat screen tv with streaming services available. One highlight of the apartment and influencing feature that we chose it is the large private "garden" patio with comfy seating for at least 4 -- the perfect place to enjoy coffee, cocktails, read a book or just enjoy sitting outdoors. Maybe due to the season, the patio seemed to be nicely shaded at all hours of the day. Fabricio is an outstanding host! He is very responsive to communications; he checkpoints often to make sure his guests are happy and have everything they need. He even dropped off extra supplies. Fabricio speaks excellent English and was very kind in showing us the features of the apartment and setting us up with internet when we arrived. You couldn't ask for a better host! We will not hesitate to try to stay there again should we return to Paris

Great Place & location

Loved the apartment. Cozy and in a great location. Many good restaurants right out the front door. Easy to get to the Metro and very lively at night. The blowdryer worked amazingly, and I wasn't expecting that. We slept very well and couldn't hear the outside noise from the street.

Great time in the Latin Quarter

The apartment is really small- but maybe no smaller than one should expect in Paris. The street it is on is very nice for restaurant options and the Rue Mouffetard is only a pleasant stroll away (2-3 blocks). We had a great time and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Apartment is small but cozy. The patio definitely adds to the space when the weather is nice. There were a few hiccups during our stay but Marc was very responsive and took care of everything.

Fabulous Stay in Paris

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. It was clean, functional and very well thought out. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was immaculate. Communication was very very good and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The location is excellent. We recommend the apartment to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The apartment is so cool and in a great location. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Our group included one adult and two children. I think it would have been a bit crowded if we had 2 adults, but for us it was great. Marc, the host, was very communicative regarding entry to the apartment. I would recommend this rental to friends and hope to come back someday.

Great location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The location was better than expected....walk out the door and everything you need is right there. The bed is very comfortable and a nice size. Bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was even milk, bottled water and a couple sodas that we really appreciate. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment and location were perfect for us. Even though it's in the heart of the Latin Quarter, the apartment is quiet and private. It is clean and comfortable. Fabricio met us at the door and was friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay and the location. Fabrico and Marc were very responsive, and easy to work with. The air conditioning worked great and the back patio was a perfect place to have a night cap. There are many restaurants close by and the Boulangerie right outside is to die for. I had to get used to not having a top sheet, but that’s the norm, so bring one if you want one. Yes, it’s on the smaller side, but perfect for us. The bus and metro are close by, which we really took advantage of. I would definitely stay here again.
