Enjoy one of the best ocean views available in the Mazatlan area with a wall of ocean facing windows in the master bedroom and from the large living room with it’s extra wide opening tri-glass slider and wall of windows. See the ocean from every room except the bathrooms. Ceramic tile throughout, including the ocean view deck with bistro.
Sleeps four to six; Master bedroom with king size bed has private full bath. The oversized living room sleeps two to four more with a futon couch/bed and available queen size inflatable mattress. Another full bath is available just off the living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home.
You will see families of dolphins swimming just offshore most winter mornings; right from the condo. We have seen whales further offshore and enjoy watching the water for whatever surprises we may get to witness. The sunsets are the most spectacular you can imagine.
Quintas Del Mar is located in about the middle of the three and a half mile stretch of beach that makes this location the best beachfront in Mazatlan. The building is set up for a residential lifestyle, so if you’re looking for a more laid-back atmosphere, you’ve found it. We enjoy daily walks along the waters edge and soaking in the ocean during the warm afternoons. Plenty of palapas on the beach as well as around the pool make it easy to get out of the sun when you need to.
Make sure you walk down the beach to the north and go to the end of the beach; it’s a place called Playa Brujah and there is a great little restaurant, plus they rent surf boards on the beach.
There is another nice little restaurant, small store, and beach side café available just over 100 yards up the beach. Internet available in some cafés in the Golden Zone.
The water park is just about a mile away to the north and the nearest golf course is just a short taxi away to the south. Mazatlan has a Super Wal-Mart with complete grocery and it is on the way to the condo from the airport.
All of the sites and sounds of "Golden Zone" Mazatlan are just a short taxi or bus ride away, but, relaxation, serenity, and comfort await you at this 866 square feet condominium.

Jonathan and Lisa Mahody purchased this condo in 2007
Most condos we looked at only offered a view from one room and then a balcony. This condo offers beautiful ocean views from just about everywhere within the condo with an open floor plan and three rooms facing the ocean. Plus, this is a residential community, so it's nice and quiet, and the owners really take pride in their building and grounds. Fantastic access to the beach right off of the gardens and palapas. This is truly our second home and it feels that way. The Mexican people are wonderful and we love the city as much as we love Quintas del Mar
This condo is located on the eighth floor with commanding 180 degree views up and down a three mile stretch of beach.
Enjoy the best sunsets you've ever seen in your life, every night, right from the balcony of the condo.
We just arrived home from 18 days of sunshine, surf, and too many shrimp. This was the first trip for our kids to see the place in Mazatlan, so we tried to do whatever they wanted...within reason. My son and his Dad went Marlin fishing and brought back a small 80 pound Marlin that afternoon. There are several opportunities to fish for anything from Mahi Mahi to Tuna and Marlin, so if you love to fish, or if you've always wanted to at least try it; Mazatlan is a great destination for you.
My daughter and I loved just laying out at the beautiful beach in front of our 8th level condo at Quintas Del Mar.
We bought a new TV for the condo and connected it through the stereo.
We spent one day at "Joe's Oyster Bar", which we highly recommend now as a great hang out at the beach. Their are all sorts of watersports equipement available, including catamarans, jetskis, kayaks, and body boards. several vendors display what we thought were some of the finer goods available and the atmosphere was filled with fun and music. We enjoyed the nachos and tacos there and they had a wide assortment of refreshments.
The catamarans were only $40 per hour and that came with a "captain". The jet ski my son rode by himself...at 12 years of age...was only $35 for a half an hour...$50 for two if his sister had tried it with him. Now she wants to do it next time we are there, so she can try it too. The whole time the kids were out on the water, we sat in the sun and watched the dolphins play out in the same area the watercraft were...our kids said they came within a foot from several dolphins on the catamaran.
Most days we spent just enjoying our beach at Quintas. The beach is very long and we walked it most days. The small restaurant just up the beach two doors at Costa Bonita was a great resource for us for fantastic guacamole and salsa, plus we thouroughly enjoyed their very inexpensive breakfasts. We actually cooked or ate in our condo to save money over a long trip...it was great having a fully functional kitchen right there. We look forward to the day we can call this place our winter home, but until then all we can do is enjoy it when we can, and share the rest with you.
Take the zip-line tour and tequila tasting excursion offered by the folks at Playa Brujah, just down the beach. It's a great place to eat, drink and watch the surfers too.
