Payment conditions: 30% deposit upon booking, the balance on arrival.

On your arrival, we thank you to deposit a deposit check of the rental amount which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after the inventory.
When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same clean condition as you found it. Otherwise, a fixed price of 50 € will be retained.
On request, cleaning staff will do the cleaning for 30 €.

MISCELLANEOUS: The building, located on the heights of the Route des Sanguinaires at an altitude of 60m, is 600m from the first beaches. A shuttle "A citadina" provides regular connections between the building and the Route des Sanguinaires.
By car, you will reach the famous beaches of this road in 5 to 10 minutes; other sites such as Capo di feno in 15 minutes; the city center in 15 minutes also (normal traffic conditions).
For hikers, direct access in 5 minutes to the chemin des crêtes from the building.
All shops, pharmacy, doctors and restaurants or huts within 5 minutes.
