Perigord oak villa 6/8 people
Close to the major tourist sites of Périgord and its thousand castles, Bergerac, Périgueux, Sarlat, Eyzies, Bugue, the valleys of the Dordogne, Vézère and Isle.
To note among the appreciated activities, the canoe descent at the foot of Castelnaud, Roque Gageac and Beynac.
Sun, beautiful landscapes, gastronomy and calm are the major assets of the region.
Restored house in 2017 located in a pretty little country village.
The access is private and large wooded areas surround the house.
The pool is secure and not shared, with a wooden beach of 150 m2, equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture.
An outdoor dining area is fitted out with plancha and barbecue.

- Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave
- 2 bathrooms with two sinks and bath
- 2 separate toilets
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (one in 160 width)
- A large dining room plus living room with sofa bed and TV
