A superb view and absolute calm

In Ardèche for a weekend or holidays Claudine and Michel offer you a holiday house or weekend labeled 3 ears in the district of Vialle in Lamastre 07270.
We are 4 kms from the village, 2 kms from the bathing lake in the summer of Retourtour and near the Dolce Via. Since 2017 an ATV rental is possible at the super U de Lamastre as well as the camp site of Retrourtour which also offers electric bikes is possible
The detached house of about 80 m² is located on a plot of 1200 m² and enjoys a breathtaking view of Lamastre and the Doux Valley. It is fully equipped with: A living room with fireplace (insert) wood supply available free and 1 buffet receiving all the dishes. An integrated kitchen with 1 hob, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven and 1 microwave 1 fridge with freezer compartment, 1 toaster, 1 coffee maker, 1 kettle and all cooking utensils. A living room with a sofa bed, a flat screen tv and 1 dvd player. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160/200 and 1 other bedroom with 2 beds 90/200. 1 internet connection with a 3G / 4G card A bathroom with sink and shower. A vacuum cleaner and a steam plant with ironing board are available. On request baby equipment high chair and bath. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Electric heating for the whole house. Outside in the shade of a tree: 1 garden furniture and chairs "sunbathing" 1 barbecue 1 playground with 1 table tennis, boules and some other games for children A swim in the river in summer exists 2 kms from the house.

Wunderschönes Haus in phantastischer Lage

Wir waren für 4 Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Region. Die Lage des Hauses und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend!Die Wegbeschreibung war sehr detailliert, sodass wir das etwas abgelegene Anwesen auf Anhieb gefunden haben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr hochwertig und bequem. Die Region ist bergig und kurvenreich, für Radfahrer und Motorradfahrer top. Uns haben die umliegenden hübschen Dörfer gefallen und natürlich der tolle Markt in Lamastre. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war per E-Mail zu jeder Zeit möglich.

Le gîte est dans un bel endroit tranquil avec jolie vue, confortable, et conforme à la description. Nous n'avons pas croisé les propriétaires, mais ils étaient très disponible par mail, et du rosé local nous attendait à notre arrivée. Petit séjour parfait!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréable dans cette sympathique maison. Un superbe jardin, une vue magnifique.Idéal pour des vacances au calme, pour faire du vélo de route , de la randonnée et une rivière qui permet de se rafraîchir au retour de balade. La région est superbe .

Fantastic country retreat

Michel's gite was exactly what we wanted and expected from the description. A quite escape located near a small French village with all the facilities that we required. Michel greeted us on the day and we had a pleasant interaction despite our poor French and Michel's fair English. The view from the house to the village was magnificent on a sunny evening. Later we drove into Lamastre and wandered the streets, had a beer and then returned to the house to enjoy the wine and nougat that Michel had left us.

schön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und umfangreich ausgestattet und vor allen Dingen sehr sauber. Der Vermieter gibt umfangreiche Informationen bzgl. Anfahrt und bietet bei Bedarf weitere Hilfeleistungen z. B. Ausflugsvorschläge an. Der ausschließlich französisch sprechende Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit viel schöner und größer, als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Es hat eine super Lage am Berg, sehr ruhig mit tollem Ausblick.
