Le Relais de Pigasse, a former post house from the middle of the 18th century, in the shade of its hundred-year-old plane trees and its umbrella pines welcomes you for your stay on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
On the borders of Aude and Hérault, located between Béziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne and their many tourist sites, 30 minutes from Occitan beaches and close to the typical and lively villages of Capestang, Ouveillan or Quarante with their shops, their market, restaurants and bars...

We enjoyed staying At Le Pegais Gite, very much. We loved the history and how well maintained it was. We also loved the private parking and convenience to the local towns and supermarkets. Great views all around!

Ein sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang. Traumhafte Lage am Canal du midi. Die Straße stört ein bisschen die Ruhe, aber sie liegt hinter dem Haus, das geht. Um diese Jahreszeit im Spätsommer/Frühherbst ist man dort fast alleine.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist gemütlich mit Geschmack eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Pool. Wir haben ihn mehrfach täglich gennutzt, weil auch die Themperatur vom Wasser perfekt war. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, um von hier aus den Canal du Midi mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. (Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei) In einigen Bewertungen wurde bemängelt, der Vermieter ist unfreundich. Im Gegenteil. Wir haben ihn sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt. Auch wurden viele Mücken bemängelt. Es waren nur sehr wenige und wir hatten vorsorglich Mückenscheuchen für die Steckdose dabei. Zu erwähnen ist auch das gute kostelose WLAN im Haus. Ein kleines Manko gibt es leider. Das Haus liegt an einer Nationalstraße und man darf nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Da die Fenster aber alle zum Canal hin liegen, ist es erträglich und wir haben sogar gut geschlafen

Très beau gîte

Gîte meublé avec goût et très bien équipé. Superbe cadre et extérieurs très bien entretenus. Piscine au top sans goût de chlore. Hôtes très accueillants. Nous avons avons été passé un très bon séjour.

Prachtige locatie

Heerlijke rustige locatie, met prachtig uitzicht op het Canal du Midi. De gite is sfeervol ingericht en heeft een ruim terras. Alles is schoon en verzorgd. Ideale omgeving om te fietsen en wandelen. Ook een dagje strand is qua afstand heel goed te doen. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben er een hele fijne week gehad!

Wonderful French Get Away

Had a lovely relaxing break. The setting for this property is wonderful with Bezier, Narbonne Plage, Cap de Agde and Carcasonne all within an hours drive. The property itself is so pretty. We spent a lot of our time in the garden just eating cheese from the local shops and drinking wine from one of the many caves near by. Would highly recommend for quiet break. Property is on main road but garden is on other side of gite so barely noticable. The gite very well stocked with crockery etc. Beds comfy. Such apretty setting right on the canal. Cyclists stop regularly to rest outside and admire the location and we even found pictures of the buildings in local book about the canal de midi

Der Hausteil ist einfach, gemütlich, ruhig. Die Nähe zum Canal ist spannend mit all den vorbeifahrenden Schiffen. Der Ort liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die verschiedensten Richtungen.
