A beautiful, fully renovated 60 m² stone house full of character and charm in a small hamlet, nestled among vineyards and scrubland. A true haven of peace set in lush greenery on the border of the Aude and Hérault departments, in the wine-growing region of Occitanie (southern France). Just 30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches and the mountains of the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, near the Canal du Midi, and an hour’s drive from Spain.
Ideal for 4 people, this three-story house (not recommended for young children due to stairs).
Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster.
Living room with two twin beds (90x200) that can be pushed together if necessary, TV, and Wi-Fi internet connection.
Small, pleasant private terrace; a barbecue is available for your use.

You’ll have complete independence; you can enter the property using a secure key box. The code will be provided a few days before arrival.

Nestled amid vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see, this spot is truly ideal for exploring the region.
Nearby are the villages of Cessenon and Roquebrun, along the Orb River, where you can enjoy swimming and canoeing or kayaking.
Treat yourself to a bike ride along the Canal du Midi.
As for what to explore in this region, you’ll be spoiled for choice, whether you prefer cultural sites like the many castles and abbeys, hiking in the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park, or visiting the charming villages...
