HOME OWNER BEWARE This tenant was a problem from the second they entered property All of my tenants have reviewed and said how clean and beautiful everything was . This tenant claimed she ran the dishwasher through every cycle for 9 days before she told me she thought something was wrong - she fried the mother board . She was made aware of shower upstairs as a tenent earlier cracked - 2 other working showers . The toilet was running all the time because the kids she brought were trying to flush repeatedly ( it is a top flush in a newly renovated bathroom ) They also had a lot of guests stay , that I was not aware of - I have pics taken every sat from cleaning staff - it was in prestine condition . Her complaints started 2 minutes into stay . I DID tell her I hoped it was not going to be compliant after complaint - They tried to get out iof cleaning bill !! And she was upset . She claimed over and over that she vacationed over 20yrs - what she failed to mention is that they weren’t allowed to come back to those places . I had found out . Complained that the Fire pit was not there . It was not there because a leg had fallen off - insurance suggested I not offer because of teak patio . Pics were taken down after it was disposed of months ago . They broke fuse ball table in basement And took half the silverware . I did charge her 500 for the broken toilet from kids repeatedly trying to flush - per advise from vrbo - And she admitted she ran dishwasher for 9 days frying the motherboard - and never said anything - tues of the 2nd week she was there she told - I got a plumber there the next day she told me it wasn’t working - And had a new one installed by sat am - the plumber didn’t want to go when she was there because she was so rude the first time she went and he diagnosed - rude and condescending he said . She would claim to get kicked off WiFi and immediately text - in a stern tone they needed it and then after resetting the modem and got it back . Complaint after complaint and destroyed things This is the first bad renter I have had - Never once mentioned the uncleanliness She discovered - I can assure anyone she has been the only one all summer A nightmare from beginning - Stalked the house I was told by her before she was able to get in . This is def a HOMEOWNER BEWARE - I would not recommend at all
