Renovar con buen gusto la casa estilo Cape en un encantador barrio residencial. La propiedad incluye cuatro dormitorios y tres baños completos. El nivel inferior cuenta con una gran cocina abierta con área de comer y barra de desayuno. También hay un comedor contiguo y sala de estar con dos deslizadores para patio trasero privado y terraza con bañera de hidromasaje. El primer piso también tiene una habitación familiar muy grande con TV de pantalla plana, un amplio dormitorio con cama king y cama completa, baño completo y lavadero. Arriba hay tres dormitorios más y dos baños completos, uno de los cuales es la suite principal con cubierta de Julieta mirando hacia el patio trasero. El dormitorio # 2 en el segundo piso tiene cuatro camas individuales y el dormitorio # 3 tiene una cama doble y una individual. We rented this great big house for our family wedding on the Cape, and it was the perfect home base for nine adults. The place was even bigger than the pictures show—we joked about having more than one living room!It was a breeze to find, which was a huge help with all the back-and-forth travel for wedding events. The host was wonderful, reaching out before we arrived with easy-to-follow instructions. The only regret is that we didn't have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities, like the hot tub. For anyone needing a spacious, well-equipped vacation rental, we highly recommend this one."

This house was the BEST. I traveled with a group of 6 and there was more than enough room for us to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. The house was pristine. The bathrooms were spotless and newly renovated. Parking was ample, the back deck and hot tub were the perfect hang out spot. We had the best time and would definitely book this property again. The only thing to be aware of is that the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. Anyone with mobility challenges should probably consider staying in the first floor bedroom. But fortunately, there is a large bedroom and bathroom right on the first floor so it’s perfect.

Wonderful accommodations

The home was perfect for our family reunion. The dining table and outside table were perfect for our large group card games. The kitchen was well stocked. Especially liked the bathrooms which appeared recently renovated. Thanks Paul for sharing your home!

Nice central location

We enjoyed so much about this home- the rooms were spacious, the hot tub was lovely, and we had ample kitchen pot pans etc to cook up family meals. We visited the national seashore and some bay beaches for sunsets. The home easily accommodated the 5 adults one teen and one baby and dogs. Oh yes that the home was dog friendly was wonderful!!

Beautiful Home and Room for Everyone!!!!!

I'd like to start off by saying that Paul is the only owner who has ever actually called me to touch base on the rental, which to me is a more professional approach than just relying on email.When we had decided to rent this property i had fallen in love with the photos, and expected it to be a much smaller home than what i arrived to. This house is sprawling with super large rooms and so much space for guests that tue photos truly although amazing did no justice for what we walked into. I wont lie when I say we were in awe. The place is gorgeous!The bedrooms are large and spacious.The main floor features more space than what is shown in the photos. There are wild turkeys, foxes, and chipmucks everywhere, I even saw a cardinal. The kitchen is spacious. The bathrooms were also lovely with one of my friends boasting about the showerhead in the upstairs bathroom. The back yard provided seclusion and privacy and the hot tub was a nice touch. The patio table has a tri-umbrella which provides wonderful shade. Additionally the location was ideal as you are basically half way to everything if not closer that you want to do as opposed to staying in Dennis, Truro, and Yarmouth which make destinations significantly farther, here you are right in the middle with a max of a 30 to 40 minute drive in all directions based on where you are heading. The neighborhood is quite and quaint. I would personally come back to this house to stay again. It was perfect! Thank you paul!

Nice home in a beautiful neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping and attractions. Host was very responsive anytime we had questions. House was clean but a bit worn in areas, including beds and kitchen items. Good value for rate paid.

Terrific house!!

This house is great!! Very spacious and well furnished. It has a big kitchen and big dining room. It was immaculately clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. We stayed in December, but there is also a large deck and hot tub. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommend this place!!

Brewster Getaway

Great property for family vacation. Lots of areas to gather together in this home or outside. Also enough space to relax alone , if necessary. Location was convenient to supermarkets, beaches , restaurants, Nickerson State Park, CCRT, and many other beautiful scenic areas. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property, and hope to return again in the future.

Great Family House

This was a great house for my family over a long fall weekend on Cape Cod. Lots of spaces inside the house for guests. Great kitchen and dining space for the whole family and two living rooms meant that we could spend time together without feeling crowded. Paul was great to work with too. I appreciated that he called prior to our stay to connect in person. The house is also very close to the bike trail and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a large group!!

We were a group of 6 adults, 5 kids & 1 pup! Paul’s house is so spacious that we didn’t feel like we were overcrowding each other at all! We had breakfast & dinners at the house while we spent our afternoons out & about exploring all that we love about the Cape! This was the second time our group stayed at Paul’s. The location is perfect & we can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This is our second time staying at Paul’s vacation home. There is plenty of space for two families and the location is close to the rail trail, beaches, and restaurants. Paul is a great host and the check in/check out process is simple. We definitely plan to come back next year!

Granddaughter’s Wedding

This house was a good fit for some of the family members that gathered here for our granddaughter’s wedding. Paul was always available either by phone or text. The house was well equipped with everything we may have needed. The only negative thing I can say was we had to bring our own linens for the beds and also towels. For a group of 12 that was a lot. Thank you Paul for sharing your house with us. 😊
