About this property

Cozy apartment for 4 people

I welcome you in a warm apartment of 45 m2 with private south-facing garden and parking space. Ideally located on the Col de l Izoard road, a legendary stage in the Tour de France. Close to the city center and the market (10 minutes on foot). Ski resort (5 minutes by car). &
Welcome booklet with the various events and useful information on Briançon and its surroundings.




Accommodation for 4 people (+ baby kit).
-Living room with fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, espresso, raclette and fondue maker.
-Sitting area (BZ sofa, television).
-Bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm each (bed linen provided)
Accommodation close to shops and ski resorts.
PLEASE NOTE: non-smoking rental, pets not allowed.
A deposit of 250 € will be requested (on the day of arrival).
Cleaning fee of 50 € (to be defined on arrival)
Possibility of providing bathroom linen (10 € per person).

The price was very good for what we got. I am alergic to food, therefore it was important to be able to cook our own food. The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. The location was a bit outside the city centre, but it is not a problem if you have a car. And in return, we had a very nice garden and awesome mountain view. It would be better if there was wi-fi connection, especially since the gsm connection is very slow or disrupted in the area. Despite being outside the city centre, the property was not as quiet as the other place that we stayed in Briançon, but it is alright unless you are very senstive to noise. The parking area worked very well for us. But you may choose another option if you are driving a long vehicle such as a truck since the parking area is a bit narrow. The property owner is very helpful and ready to help us with all our needs. I recommend the place.

Manque d'entretien dans le jardin privé. Pas pratique du tout pour prendre une douche avec le rideau qui nous colle. Pas de bouchon de baignoire pour prendre un bain. Le grand volet roulant(en bois) est a remplacer. J'ai du déboucher les bouches de ventilation pour avoir un fonctionnement correct de la VMC. Très beau logement pour une semaine. Pas de repérage sur les bâtiments en fonction de l'adresse.

Excellent séjour à Briançon

Cet appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent bien. Le jardin est vraiment appréciable et plutôt calme, car la route du col de l'Isoard en contrebas n'est pas très passante. Ce coin est préservé de l'agitation de la ville tout en restant proche du centre et des commerces. Il est possible d'y aller à pied mais le chemin étant très raide, nous avons préféré utiliser la voiture, d'autant qu'il a été facile de se garer en ville (nous y étions la dernière semaine d'août). Il y a un Leclerc juste en bas de la route du col, avec des prix défiant toute concurrence pour des parisiens 😉. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les couchages de grande qualité. Le seul bémol est qu'on ne capte pas grand chose (un peu de 4G au fond du jardin) mais Marie-Thé nous a appris que la fibre arrivait prochainement et qu'elle installerait donc une box. Il y a tellement de balades et d'activités à faire dans la région que ce n'était pas bien grave! Nous relouerons cet appartement quand nous reviendrons.

Séjour super agréable !

Un petit appartement coquet et douillet très bien équipé, dans une résidence très calme avec un petit jardinet super agréable et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes où nous avons pu prendre nos repas sur la petite table aménagée. De plus l'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmant, très accueillant et à l'écoute de leurs locataires avec de bonnes explications pour visiter la région . Nous reviendrons dès que possible chez eux car nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour;

Location vraiment très agréable...toute équipée...dans un quartier très calme de Briançon...a proximité de tous les services (supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie, ...)....centre vile accessible à pied avec son marché bien sympa... Propriétaires charmants et discrets Le plus de cette location : la vue magnifique sur les montagnes du gite et cet espace extérieur pour se poser au soleil... une adresse à garder à coup sur !!!
