This chalet is located in the charming family village resort of Albiez-Montrond in Savoie, where the famous Opinel knife was born.

IN WINTER you leave and return to the ski-in ski-out chalet (minimum 2nd star level). You can also go snowshoeing, cross country skiing or ski touring. Children can play in the snow on the grounds around the chalet.

IN SUMMER you are at the start of many walks and hikes of all levels,
The chalet is located 200 meters from the Col du Mollard, in the heart of many cycle tourism routes.
Several cycling races take the pass, notably the Tour de France (2006, 2012 and 2015), the Dauphiné Libéré.
Children can make free pony rides. There are also horse riding tours and courses.
A furnished lake is 300 m from the chalet.

IN THE SEASON you have on site a Sherpa supermarket, a mountain grocery store, a traditional bakery and a cinema.
Many activities for young and old are organized by the Tourist Office.

The price includes cleaning on departure. The chalet must however be left in a "normal" state of cleanliness.
When you arrive, you will find everything you need to start your stay (toilet paper, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, garbage bag, etc.).



RENTAL CONDITIONS
> Tourist tax € 1.65 / night / person over 18 years old, payable on arrival.
> Deposit of € 1,500 on arrival, returned 10 days after departure at the latest.
> In winter participation in electricity 50 €
OPTIONS
> Sheets rental: Large bed 20 euros small bed 15 €
> Linen kit: 50 € package (1 large bath towel per person, hand towels, kitchen towels).
