Great comfort, new cozy decor in a "family home spirit", completely renovated in 2012, 5 minutes from the city center of Béziers and the Canal du Midi (locks Fonséranes classified UNESCO heritage, Cathedral, Paul Riquet Alleys) , close to the great beaches of Valras and Sérignan, 1 hour from Spain, 2 hours from Barcelona, 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne and 30 minutes from Cap d'Agde or Narbonne.
Also close to the Orb Valley and the mountain.
The location of the house will open a multitude of possibilities in terms of leisure, sightseeing and cultural, and the garden, terraces and SPA (for 6 people) and the pool (4x8m) are an invitation to relax and to idleness.
You can also organize excellent barbecues or grill grills

Un séjour au top !

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! La maison est vraiment super avec énormément de charme. Elle est très bien équipée, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont vraiment vraiment un plus par temps de grosses chaleurs et pour s’amuser entre amis ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très disponible et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires ! Je recommande sans hésitations cette location pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis !

Das Ferienhaus "L'Oustale" ist ein eindrückliches Objekt, wo man sich prima erholen kann. Toller geheizter Pool, Jacuzzi, alles in gutem Zustand. Die Nähe zur Stadt Béziers ist super! Das Gefängnis vis-à-vis bietet zwar keine schöne Aussicht, aber hat uns eigentlich nicht gestört. Die 2 "salles de bains" hingegen entsprachen nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Maison bien équipée

La maison est super bien équipée, rien ne manquait pour les adultes et les enfants. La proximité de la prison n’est pas dérangeante car on ne la voit pas! Par contre la route devant est assez bruyante (nous habitons en campagne) Petit bémol avec enfants petits il y a bcp d’escaliers! Charles et Annabelle sont arrangeants et accueillants!

Perfektes Haus für Familienurlaub

Wir waren total zufrieden. Die Gastgeber waren super Lieb und die Kommunikation war super. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Das Haus und der Garten (inkl. Pool und Whirlpool) waren ein Traum für unsere Kinder. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Super séjour dans une maison tout confort

La maison et l'extérieur sont très agréables. La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sont bien appréciables pour le mois de mai. Il y a même des jeux pour enfants. Les hôtes sont juste à côté, mais très discrets et aux petits soins. Tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour !

Excellent séjour !

Les propriétaires sont très avenants et disponibles, nous avons eu un excellent accueil ! La maison est grande et bien équipée. Mention spéciale notamment pour les enfants avec la présence de nombreux jouets, livres et jeux. L'extérieur est vraiment superbe ! L'ensemble jacuzzi / sauna / piscine est évidement un énorme atout de cette belle location. Seuil point à mentionner : la présence du centre pénitencier dans le voisinage immédiat. Ce n'est objectivement pas un grand désagrément : il ne se voit absolument pas ni de l'intérieur ni de l'extérieur de la maison. On entend parfois un peu de bruit, mais rien de bien méchant, et c'est très ponctuel. C'est cependant important d'en avoir connaissance histoire de ne pas avoir la mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée de tomber dessus. Merci beaucoup pour cet excellent séjour !

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille, tout confort, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Les propriétaires sont très agréables. Notre seul inconvénient c’est la présence très désagréable de moustiques, mais c’est un problème récurant dans la région. Nous sommes prêts à renouveler notre séjour à l’occasion.
