Two bedrooms - 1 king bed - 1 queen bed. Central Air! Open concept with 55" TV, wireless internet included. Perfect for small family or 2 couples. Great artist or writers retreat! Outdoor furniture, new gas grill and plenty of lawn games. All linens and towels provided.

We were looking to purchase a little house in Saratoga where we could come enjoy the City during the Fall and Winter! Eventually, we will retire here :)

The house is Cute and has All the things we were looking for - off street parking, garage, big lawn, basement that could be finished for extra living space!!!

What makes this property unique

Love that we can walk to the Art District and Broadway with little or no effort. Uber and Lyft very cheap!!!! Something always going on in Saratoga
