Super cute house! The house was exactly as described and was very clean! Checking in and out was easy, and the location was great - downtown Ballston Spa and close to Saratoga. We were visiting family during our trip and would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Dana was a wonderful host. Communication was immediate. The rental was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and just as advertised. We will be back again, hopefully to enjoy the outdoor area in warmer weather and walking distance to downtown Ballston Spa!

Wonderful host and perfect location!

Our group of 6 stayed here when we volunteered at Farm Aid located at SPAC. It was such a short drive and located near so many wonderful dining locations and shops. The host was so responsive, and the house was immaculate! We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and bright. Four fairly large bedrooms, two baths, washer and dryer. Spacious kitchen with new appliances. Huge backyard and a deck with a grill. The driveway will accommodate four vehicles. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

Great house

Simple, easy to stay in house, fit us all just fine while visiting nearby family for Christmas. The place was clearly just renovated and decorated with the intent of being a short term rental (probably the owner doesn't ever live there) Glad to see pet friendly places like this still exist!

Adorable house in a safe established older neighborhood. Many of the homes still have the Victorian trim and architecture from a bygone era. Walking distance to downtown Ballard Spa. Town offers excellent spots for breakfast. Impeccably clean. Quiet. Great partially fenced back yard. Host welcomed us with fresh flowers. Only a few miles from SPAC; perfect to get to/from for our concert.

Perfect Getaway outside Saratoga Springs

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely amazing! The home was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it incredibly easy to get to Saratoga Race Course. Dana was incredibly communicative, ensuring all our needs were met and questions answered promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning!

Perfect spot

We stayed at Dana’s place so we could head to the race track. It was extremely convenient to get to Saratoga. The house was perfect for our family of five. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. They had everything you would need, and so sweet she even left us a bottle of wine. It was a perfect spot and we would go back without question. Thanks for a great stay!!

Horse Show perfect

We came to Saratoga for the last week of the Saratoga horse show and the house was perfect for me and my daughter and our trainer (as well as our horse show dog!). The house was easy to find, meticulously clean, and had everything we needed. We will be back next year!

Perfect choice!

Extended family get-together, and this home exceeded all expectations. The place was immaculate, and in a great location. We did have a few questions—and Dana responded quickly on a Saturday evening. I don’t think I could have made a better choice!

Saratoga visit

My family and I came up for a quick visit and vacation. This VBRO was adorable and had a spacious kitchen with lovely appliances and was extremely clean. The furniture was new and so comfortable. The four bedrooms have plenty of room, attractive designs and comfortable beds. Dana responded to all of my questions. Great location
