wonderful days

we had a wonderful time in the romantic villa ; the location near sevaral beaches was excellent; we had been 14 adults and 5 children and enjoyed our stay; nevertheless some parts of the house need to get refurnished but the general impression was good and we would come back; big compliments to Frederic the concierge ; he was very helpful all the time !

beautiful place to be

This villa is really beautiful and a wonderful place to be with a large family of 16 persons. The swimming pool was great and the beach is just a few minutes by foot to the beach. The concierge on site was really very friendly and professional for any help. We tried to have our air condition replaced in our double room but the owner didn't want to pay to change it when we were in July. So no air condition for a week. All the rooms on the first level need to be refresh and some of them have a lot of humidity( rooms in front of the swimming pool ). As well , some mattresses are really not confortable in some rooms. I would say a wonderful place to be but really need some renovations would be great.

Very pleasant stay in an historic and beautiful villa

Nous avons passé un excellent week end dans cette belle et grande villa avec beaucoup de charme. La villa est très bien située car tout près de la mer et du magnifique massif de l esterel d ou il est possible de faire tout type d activités. Au delà du côté historique de la maison et de sa grande taille, nous avons particulièrement aimé la possibilité de faire la cuisine avec tout l équipement t nécessaire ainsi que de manger sur la terrassse donnant sur la piscine. La propriétaire et la personne en charge de l accueil ont été particulièrement réactifs et nous les remercions.

Tolle Villa in toller Gegend mit viel Platz

trotz Hitze, wegen klimatisierter Räume gut verträglich, die Villa, mit ausreichend Platz für unsere große Familie, mit vielen Angeboten: Pool abschließbar, Tischtennis, Ballspiele,Grill, Restaurants in der Nähe, direkter Zugang zum Strand, Sandstrand mit Bar in der Nähe... Was will man mehr. Wir kommen wieder!

Déception !

La villa est tres bien située, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage ( qui est malheureusemen en galets ). Le concierge Frédérique tres gentil et serviable . MAIS : Mais l'intérieur est tres vétuste !Tout est vieux, souvent sale ( matelas , coussins des meubles de jardin, les tabourets du bar décolorant sur les habits, etc...) De ce fait , on ne s'y sent pas bien. Maison parfaite pour un camp scouts, mais donc pas à ce prix !

Super Lage, leider nicht sauber

Wir haben unsere Ferien in dieser perfekt gelegenen Villa sehr genossen. 200 m zu Fuss, und wir standen im Meer. Wie hatten genügend Platz für unsere grosse Gruppe. Die Villa verfügt über eine grosse Terrasse mit einem Gartenbereich wo sich nochmals ein Tisch befindet. Leider, und zwar wirklich schlimm, war die Vulla alles andere aus sauber. Die Zimmer im Untergeschoss waren schmuddelig, Licht funktionierte in manchen Räumen nicht. Geschirr und Pfannen mussten wir vor dem Gebrauch vom Schmutzfilm befreien werden. Der Backofen und Grill war regelrecht in einem eckligen Zustand. Auch die eine oder andere Renovation wäre notwendig. Leider wurde die Heizung vom Pool gekappt und Anfang Oktober war das Wasser einfach zu kalt, um noch zu baden. Nochmals hervorheben möchte ich jedoch die hervorragende, strandnahe Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehminuten.

Emplacement idéal avec accès à la plage, dans un écrin de beauté méditerranéenne. Une maison avec beaucoup de charme pour les amoureux de l’ancien, un air de maison de famille. Frédéric s’occupe très bien de l’accueil, disponible et sympathique.

Belle villa qui correspond aux photos. Idéalement placée, elle vous permettra de vous réunir tout en profitant chacun de son espace. Accès direct à la plage très appréciable. Nous étions 14 adultes et 2 enfants et avons pu visiter cette magnifique région. Très bon accueil et gardien disponible. Merci!

Réunion de famille

Très belle et spacieuse villa au bord de mer. Vue magnifique sur l'Ile d'or. Petit bémol, plage de galets. Pour aller dans l'eau un peu compliqué avec de jeunes enfants. Nous étions 11 adultes et 4 enfants et chacun a pu trouver son petit coin tranquille. Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques.

Vacker och rymlig villa med gott om utrymme både utomhus och inomhus för oss som var 15 pers. Härligt poolområde och nära till strand, stenig men klart och härligt vatten! Praktiskt med tågstation ca 200 m från huset. Lugnt område trots närheten till camping och kustväg. Viss utrustning både i kök och utomhus borde förnyas tex grillar, solstolar, utemöbler och viss köksutrustning. Vi hade dock en fantastiskt vecka i villan!
