Fantastic spacious villa

We stayed here for a family wedding. There were three families we all had plenty of space. The villa location is perfect For some peace and quiet but is only a short car ride away from the hustle and bustle. Tasos, the villa owner left us a lovely food parcel on arrival and was always there if we needed him. In fact he could not do enough for us. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and family barbecues. We will be back again.

Amazing 5 bedroom villa in Tala

This Villa is absolutely amazing. Five big bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Beautiful private location - a superbly equipped villa with everything you could possibly need. The pool and poolside area are perfect with lots of sunbeds and parasols. Tasos is a wonderful host. He looked after us so well and was always in contact checking that we were OK. Totally recommend staying here as we loved it. Wished we had stayed longer. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much Tasos, we had the best time. See you next year.

A luxury villa set amidst citrus groves

We were 3 generations of the family - 6 adults & 4 children aged 2 to 5 - and we chose a holiday at Nayia Paradise to mark 40 years since we left Cyprus as well as 70th and 40th birthdays. Safety was a prime consideration for us and we asked Tasos to provide cots, stair gates and a bed guard. All were there when we arrived. We were particularly concerned with safety around the pool and chose this villa because the pool is very securely fenced. We were impressed by the many facilities provided including BBQ (choice of gas or charcoal), toys, astro turf play area, table tennis, huge patio, secure garden. There is an electric orange juicer in the kitchen with which we made fresh orange juice for breakfast using morning picked oranges from Tasos 's trees next to the villa. There are shady and sunny seating areas around the villa and magnificent views towards Paphos and the hills,. You can park a fleet of cars and, when we arrived Tasos's lovely roses were in full bloom. Tasos visited us several times during our 10 days to ensure that we had everything we needed even though this entailed a long trip from Limassol. We would recommend Nayia Paradise to anyone planning a large family holiday, or indeed for a group of friends - the sleeping accommodation conveniently splits into three separate suites all with bathrooms and showers. Wij verbleven als familie van 8 personen (4 stellen) in het huis van Tasos. Wat een mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. Je kan het zo gek niet bedenken of het was aanwezig in het huis. We hadden op een van de kamers een kapotte kraan. Tasos kwam direct om het te repareren. We hebben een leuke vakantie gehad waar we met plezier aan terugdenken. Dankjewel Tasos voor alles

Schitterende vakantievilla, landelijk gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht, enerzijds richting zee, anderzijds richting heuvels. Alle ruimte om de villa met boomgaarden waar granaatappels, citroenen, bananen en sinasappels groeien. Alle voorzieningen klopten met het gestelde in de advertentie. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk, helpt waar nodig en heeft enorm veel tips v.w.b. supermarkten, uitstapjes, restaurants etc. Wat gasten wel nodig hebben is een (huur)auto. Het zwembad en de speelvoorzieningen voor iedereen waren een voltreffer. Van de enorme TV in de woonkamer en de TV's in elke slaapkamer hebben we geen gebruik hoeven te maken.

Excellent Villa

From the moment we booked this property Tasos the owner made contact and provide additional info. He helped to arrange transfers and taxis, making getting out and about from this more remote villa very easy. We chose not to hire a car as most of our outings involved drinking (we were attending a wedding) but if you are staying for longer I’d recommend having one. On arrival (late on our first day) Tasos has put a few essentials in the fridge ensuring we had what we needed before going the the local supermarket. This spacious villa was perfect for our large group (couples and singles) with large rooms all with en-suites and plenty of communal areas too. It would also suit two families traveling together . The kitchen has everything you could think of and more for all you daily needs, a water fountain and two fridges. The outdoor area was perfect! Plenty of loungers and games etc. The villa is quite remote which suited us! We partied all day and night with no worries about noise and at night you could hear a pin drop so sleeping was easy! Thank you Tasos for letting us stay at your beautiful villa !

We came all the family- 10 people yo enjoy cyprus, and slept at Nayia Paradise Villa for 5 nights. It was great time for us! We spent most of the time at the villa, because we didnt want to go out from this paradise! At the villa we find all the things we just needed- pool, snooker table, equipped kitchen, games for the children, and even babylis for the hair :) And a wonderfull view! Tasos is very nice, and he took care of us all this time! we really will come back again..

THIS IS OUR SECOND VISIT TO THIS VILLA AS IT IS AMAZING AND HOME FROM HOME

The standard is very high indeed and facilities include the biggest villa and pool we have encountered ever - plus Pool Table, Table Football and Table Tennis for those competitive moments. Two massive fridge freezers and loads of kitchen equipment and crockery. Massive, moveable on wheels and very strong umbrellas easily cope with the delightful breeze and all sunbeds are fully adjustable and with lovely full length cushions. Those with younger children will appreciate the gated area round the very clean pool. The swimming pool has lights inside and around it outside. Looks magic at night and cannot recommend enough a cooling swim before bedtime - especially when very hot. Children note - walk don't run if wet costumes/feet - inside and outside the Villa. All bedrooms have en suite facilities - 2 doubles and 3 twins. All bedrooms have air conditioning and one in lounge and one in kitchen. Amazing - we just wish we were still there now. Thank you also to the most amazing and helpful owner Tasos. Nothing is too much trouble. Tasos - "We love Nayia Paradise - your gorgeous villa outside Kisonega." Thank you. Indeed almost a resort!

It is indeed more a resort than a villa. Fully equipped as listed. Upon arrival, Tasos (the owner) had put some lunch items in the refrigerator. Very kind, Tasis takes good care of his guests! Tasos makes sure you have a relaxed holiday. The villa is spacious, the pool great and the barbecues provide a lot of fun in the evening. We had a perfect stay and hardly left the villa. If you want to relax this is the place to stay with a lot of privacy. But also close to Coral bay and Tala .

Fab holiday!

We can't thank Tasos enough for such a warm welcome and for making everything so easy for us. We travelled with a one year old and when we arrived at the villa there were toys for her to play with, stair gates up so that she couldn't get into any danger and high chair, cot etc all provided and ready for us to use! Tasos also made sure that we had transfers to and from the airport and that they had a safe car seat ready for us too. The villa is lovely, so quiet and secluded yet close enough drive to everything that you could need. The pool is gated off which made life with a toddler on holiday a lot easier! We had a lovely week in Cyprus and will definitely be returning in the future - thank you so much

Fantastic property

A bit remote in relation to Paphos but close to several villages including Tala which is lovely and has great restaurants.villa has everything and Tsasos is extremely helpful. We had 8 adults and 3 children in our party and the property was ideal for us.had 20 guests round for a bbq.ideal for entertaining.pool is gated so safe for children.would definitely recommend this property and host.brilliant holiday

Another piece of paradise

Have just returned from a two week stay in "paradise". We had 5 couples who have all had a lovely break. All rooms are large with en suite facilities. There are lots of shady or sunny places to sit outside whichever is your preference. A fantastic barbeque area with gas and charcoal bbqs and washing up facilities. Entertainment equipment includes pool, foot ball and ping pong tables - great for a game of beer pong! Also there is gym equipment and children's toys. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has two very large fridge freezers- ample space for food and drink. The villa is rather remote so a car is a must. There are a few traditional taverners around in tala and kisonegra well worth a visit. I'm sure we will be back.

Beautiful Villa with Plenty to do!

We have just come back from a weekend stay at the Villa with friends and we had the Best time! It's set in a very peaceful location and not over looked by any other villas. It's fully equipped and had everything we needed. We had children from the age of 2 up to the age of 12 with us and there was something to do for all of them. Plenty of outside seating area and sunbeds, the pool is a really good size. We loved the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom it made our own living spaces a bit more private. The owner is lovely and very accommodating and I had excellent communication with him. I would highly reccomend Nayia Paradise Villa and we will definitely return.

Fantastic villa and surroundings. We were a party of 9 and everyone loved the villa. The pool was big enough for us all and we had everything we needed to have a great time. Tasos the owner couldn't have been more welcoming and the villa was spotless. I couldn't recommend this villa more highly.and wouldn't hesitate in booking it again. You will need a car because of the location but we hired the owners. It was worth it to stay in such beautiful surroundings. The sun sets were magnificent and exactly the same as in the photos. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Tasos for your hospitality.

Wonderful well equipt house

An amazing villa with everything you could possibly want . The host Tasos is a star and very helpful and warm and friendly wanting his guests to have a great time . We had the most perfect stay and will be going back , like most of his guests do ! There is not one thing I could recommend or say the house needs . Perfect paradise !

Beautiful spacious very clean and well maintained villa, equipped with everything you could possibly need catering for the young and old, toys games you name it and it was there, peaceful location not far from all the attractions that's if you can tear yourself away from the villa. Freshly squeezed oranges pick from the garden every day was wonderful. Weather in May was lovely and hot, pool a little cold but didn't stop us from floating around on the lilo. We all had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to others, Tasos the owner is a wonderful man, came to see us the day after we arrive to check all was ok and popped in once a week, a very funny man made me laugh a lot with the stories he told. We will surly be coming back very soon.

My name is Tasos Papaminas and I am the owner of Nayia Paradise Villa. I am 60 years old, ex bank manager, married with Nayia, school teacher.We have two sons, 21 and 24, students.
I always make an extra effort so that my guests enjoy their stay in all aspects, with the view to creating amicable bonds and a relationship based on trust. I am very pleased to say that most of my guests come back to stay at Nayia Paradise villa again and again.

The villa is placed at a unique location with spectacular views and stunning sunsets.Only 5 minutes drive from the famous Coral Bay Beach with its beautiful long sandy beach.Ideal for large party groups, weddings, anniversaries and families
