Nous étions 17 et à aucun moment nous ne nous sommes sentis à l'étroit..Les conditions météo étaient de la partie et nous avons profité des terrasses extérieures un 12 octobre, trop top!

We were met at the gite by a non-speaking English lady, who although very polite couldn’t reallly give us much information. The welcome book was entirely in French we tried to translate as much as we could but hopeless. So we never did find out about the restaurants and supermarkets until practically the last day. Nobody came to service the pool until we complained the filter was blocked and the water was going green! He then took that visit as an opportunity to drill for over an hour on an outbuilding!! The general state of the outside of the property was very poor, dangerous broken patio stones, garden unkempt and overgrown. Probably the worst self catering property we have ever stayed in

Je répond à cette appréciation pour que les futurs locataires comprennent. L’entretien de la piscine est systématique pour chaque séjour, si le filtre était bouché c’est parce que ces locataires avaient bouché l’aspiration avec une boule, donc pas de filtration, donc la piscine a tourné de leur faute. (conséquence : désagrément pendant 2 ou 3 jours avec les locataires suivant) Pour information, ils m’ont fait déplacé pour ouvrir un parasol. Ensuite ils ont cassé la plaque à induction (sur mesure), qu’il ne voulait pas rembourser au départ. Donc là aussi compliqué d’en retrouver une avant la prochaine arrivée. La personne avec qui j’avais contact était très désagréable et irrespectueuse sur les 40 mails qu’elle a du m’envoyer. J’ai compris même que ces collègues étaient désolés pour nous. Elle pensait surement qu’elle avait droit avec la location à un service sur place toute la semaine (guide, traducteur, femme ménage, jardinier...) L’entretien général se fait entre 2 locations, on prévoit de passer uniquement pour contrôler l’état de la piscine, ou si besoin. Je déconseille fortement aux propriétaires cette personne dans vos locations.
